Kerrin Mitchell is a passionate leader dedicated to transforming the global philanthropic sector through technology. As co-founder of Fluxx, she works to modernize how the social sector leverages data and technology to connect causes, communities, and contributors. Her vision is to democratize philanthropy — ensuring every giver can access the world’s causes and every doer can access the world’s resources. With hands-on experience across all stages of company growth, from scrappy startups to mature enterprises, Kerrin built Fluxx into a thriving organization of 80 employees serving over 450 clients. A native of Silicon Valley and a Duke University graduate, she began her career in Finance and Operations at Cisco Systems. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and relentless curiosity, Kerrin continues to drive innovation and impact in the social sector.
