Covid 19 is having an affect on our mental health. Suicide rates are on the rise. We need to develop strategies to cope with covid-19-related stress and teach our children how to cope with stress so that we have the tools to get through this pandemic and cope with whatever else life throws at us in the future.
In this episode, Kess and Sam open up about how they've felt over the last year, share some of the ways they have dealt with the stress of COVID-19 and provide other strategies to cope with stress to help get through this pandemic.
