the power of the Holy Spirit that brings us together. 00:16:10.320 --> 00:16:20.399 Everyone in Corinth, because of the culture around them, focused on self-promotion and self-congratulation of taking listen, they were posting updates and sharing pictures that promoted themselves. 00:16:39.120 --> 00:16:45.600 They were climbing the social ladder because they wanted to make their lives easier and better. 00:16:45.919 --> 00:16:55.120 I'm gonna climb this ladder, I'm gonna make this statement, I'm gonna make this claim in public so that uh people view me as above them. 00:16:55.840 --> 00:17:10.400 I'm gonna make this claim, I'm gonna make this statement in public, I'm gonna view this person in that way from this perspective, and I'll climb a ladder, and then I can expect them to do what I asked them to do and to serve me no matter what it may cost. 00:17:11.839 --> 00:17:20.960 And this was one of the mindsets, this culture of self-promotion and self-congratulation, of climbing Apostle Paul, like a concerned father, he sees what's happening, he hears what's happening from afar, and he writes this letter to his wayward child. 00:17:36.799 --> 00:17:40.480 He's like, guys,
