So we were then able"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":375.78,"endTime":381.3,"body":"to issue titles, and it's a"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":375.78,"endTime":381.3,"body":"specific, Tiny Home title. And, you know, we"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":424.86,"endTime":428.52,"body":"dedicate a lot of our time"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":424.86,"endTime":428.52,"body":"helping our clients work with"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":428.52,"endTime":432.15,"body":"their local municipalities and"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":428.52,"endTime":432.15,"body":"placing Tiny Homes. And it"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":432.15,"endTime":437.25,"body":"seemed like every municipality,"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":432.15,"endTime":437.25,"body":"you know, would say no, or they"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":437.25,"endTime":440.13,"body":"didn't have enough resources, or"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":437.25,"endTime":440.13,"body":"they didn't know what to do or"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":440.13,"endTime":443.13,"body":"said, pretty much their hands"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":440.13,"endTime":443.13,"body":"were tied and left the state"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":443.73,"endTime":449.94,"body":"pass, something that they could"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":443.73,"endTime":449.94,"body":"go by. So then, we entered"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":449.94,"endTime":453.24,"body":"another bill in the next"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":449.94,"endTime":453.24,"body":"legislative session, and that"},{"speaker":"Corinne Watson","startTime":453.24,"endTime":458.73,"body":"was ld 1530.
