The Lord is the strength of my life
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalms 27:1 NKJV)
The Lord provides strength for our lives when we learn to wait on Him and cast all our cares upon Him instead of worrying. Scripture teaches that even if an army camps against us, we can remain confident because God is our light and salvation.
• Built on Psalm 27's message: "The Lord is the strength of my life"
• God doesn't want believers to be weak because He is on their side
• Waiting on the Lord involves active expectation, looking for, and hoping in Him
• Casting all our anxieties upon God is essential because He cares for us affectionately
• A prayerful life should be unceasing and include regular praying in the Spirit
• Being led by the Holy Spirit gives advance knowledge of what God is doing
• Humility means having open ears to hear God's direction
• Christians should not carry worry but instead draw strength from the Lord's boundless might
The time for being weak is over - rise up in God's strength and take the ground He has purposed for you to have. This is our time to be the champions God has called us to be.
I want you to open your Bible to the book of Psalms, to Psalm 27. And as you're doing that, say this with me the Lord is the strength of my life. One more time say the Lord is the strength of my life. Say the Lord is the strength of my life, because everyone on the sound of my voice, god has some great big things that the Lord has given to you for you to do, for your family, the mission that you have, the things that you carry on the inside of you. And we need to know that the Lord is the strength of our life. Believers should not be weak because God is on their side. You can say, naturally there could be something that appears that it's weak or it doesn't look like in the natural, that it's a great strength. But the Lord is the strength of our life and because of that you will not fail but you'll do what God's called you to do. So if you have your Bible there, let's read it together.
Speaker 1:Bible is God speaking to us. It's the Word of God, psalm 27. The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid when the wicked came against me to eat up my flesh, my enemies and foes, they stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident. You realize what the Bible says. War against me, war against you, even if a war would come against you, who's getting a hold of this? In this I will be confident.
Speaker 1:One thing have I desired of the Lord that I will seek that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble, he shall hide me in His pavilion, in the secret place of His tabernacle. He shall hide me. He shall set me high upon a rock. Say with me he shall set me high upon a rock and now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me. Therefore, I will offer sacrifices of joy in his tabernacle. I will sing yes, I will sing praises to the Lord. We've done a little bit of that today. Amen.
Speaker 1:Hear, o Lord, when I cry with my voice. Have mercy also upon me and answer me. When you said seek my face, my heart said to you your face, lord, I will seek. Do not hide your face from me. Do not turn your servant away in anger. You have been my help. Do not leave me nor forsake me, o God of my salvation. When my father and mother forsake me, then the Lord will take care of me. Say with me, the Lord will take care of me. Teach me your way, o Lord, and lead me in a smooth path. Because of my enemies, do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries, for false witnesses have risen against me and such as breathe out violence. I would have lost heart unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Say with me I believe that I will see the goodness of God in the land of the living. One more time I believe that I will see the goodness of God in the land of the living. In other words, I believe you believe, we believe that we will see his goodness in our land.
Speaker 1:We are not afraid, even if an army comes against us. I don't think we even comprehend what it means if an army would come against you personally, an army against you. The worst I've got is like an angry letter. I got a bad comment on social media. Does that count If we are not afraid of an actual army coming against us? Do you think our lives will be shaken by these other things?
Speaker 1:And I know there's real things that you are facing as you're pursuing the plan of God, because the enemy is not going to roll a red carpet when you go to do what God's called you to do. But there's nothing the enemy can do about it, for the Lord is on your side. Enemy can do about it, for the Lord is on your side and he is the strength of your life. So you have to get into a place in your life. Maybe you've looked onto other people. Maybe you looked onto, maybe, your parents, because they are strong spiritually. Maybe you looked onto somebody financially to always bail you out. This has to be what you breathe, what you eat. The Lord is the strength of your life and there's only one way you're going to go up because the Lord is on your side.
Speaker 1:Hallelujah, I'm talking about strength. I see strength coming on and into you today, by the word of God, you will be strong in the power of His might. Come on, say hallelujah. If you receive it, shout hallelujah, amen. I feel strength rising in this place, for the Lord is the strength of your life. We have not lost heart Because we believe that we will see the goodness of God. And in the end, there in verse 14, if you just jumped in, this is Psalm 27. Wait on the Lord, be of good courage and he shall strengthen your heart. Wait, I say on the Lord, say hallelujah, so the Bible. I say on the Lord, say hallelujah, so the Bible says here wait on the Lord.
Speaker 1:You know that our eyes can be in different things, in different places, our expectancy can be in a wrong place and because of that we're hoping that somebody else is going to do it. This person is going to do it. That's how it's going to happen. But our heart and trust has to be in the Lord. He is your strength and I'm telling you, with God you are in majority. There's more on your side than there is against you. The greater one lives on the inside, greater is the one who lives in you than he that is in the world.
Speaker 1:That means that when you get up tomorrow morning to go do what God's called you to do, your alarm rings off in the morning. Some of you go to school, some of you go to work, some of you go to your business. The Lord is on your side, he is the strength. So whatever is coming against you, it will not succeed. See it, for the Lord is the strength. So whatever is coming against you, it will not succeed. For the Lord is your strength. Say it with me. Wait on the Lord. Let's look at a few verses in Isaiah 40. Isaiah 40 and 28. Isaiah 40 and 28. Wait on the Lord. Wait on the Lord.
Speaker 1:We need to learn how to do this, even practically in the Lord. Wait on the Lord. We need to learn how to do this, even practically in the natural. One of the leadership principles is that with proper planning, when the planning may take longer, but the entire project will be shorter. When you do proper planning, you can spend 10 hours in the project if you do 30 minutes of planning, but if you do three hours of planning, you can take eight hours in your project. I don't know about you, but I would like to use less time if I don't have to spend the extra time, so that I can be more effective and beyond those natural principles, and God will give you also natural solutions, how many of you know what I mean.
Speaker 1:You were praying about something and then out of your spirit came a solution, and it was just a practical thing, but it actually helped. You Say with me I'll wait on the Lord. Sometimes we're in a hurry, we're just going to do this and then you get yourself more into trouble than you were in the beginning. I'm in a rush For what Now? We believe in effectiveness, we believe in hard work. Everyone's hand should be into something.
Speaker 1:This whole nonsense that we have in the modern times that we're trying to shorten the days. Maybe we can just work five hours a day. Maybe we can just work a few days a week. It's like everybody. Maybe it's just because everybody hates what they do, so they don't want to do it. But when you get involved with God's heavenly plan and God's graces on you for what you're doing, you're actually excited about going to work. I pray some of you actually get fresh excitement about going to work tomorrow, that you won't be like Garfield. I hate Mondays and then you go home to eat lasagna and overdo it. We don't get our doctrine from comic books right. We get it from the Word of God, the Bible, amen. So we wait on the Lord. We receive what God the Bible, amen. So we wait on the Lord. We receive what God has for us and then we're actually excited about it.
Speaker 1:Some of you need to start new businesses. Come on, help me out here. Some of you need to start. Maybe you're working five hours a day in somewhere and this is not for the Bible school students. I don't want you starting corporations when you're focused on your training. You got to focus in what God's called you to do your Bible studies. Those of you who are students full-time students in the Bible school that is your assignment right now, so you need to focus on it because that's going to build up for the rest of your lives, and some of you need to come to Bible school. But your life's mission is not to work as little as possible. I'm not saying you need to work dumb, that you do something that you shouldn't be doing, but I'm saying that there should be excitement, that you want to see fruit, you want to see results, you want to produce something. Some of you need to start a business. If you work five hours a day, you can put two hours a day in your business and that will make it 10, 12 hours a week that you can put in your business and that will make it 10, 12 hours a week that you can put in your business and then in the next two years that can build out to be a huge thing that actually makes you more money than your work. I'm preaching better than you're responding. I'm talking about your blessing. Now Somebody looking and is like why does he tell me that I don't need any more money, I got killer. Good luck with the path that you've chosen.
Speaker 1:Did you find Isaiah 40?, verse 28. Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. At least he can do a smile a little bit. That's a good verse. He gives power to the weak and to those who have no might. He increases strength. Even the youth shall faint and be weary and the young men shall utterly fail. But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength Now. This is what the Amplified Classics says in verse 31. But those who wait for the Lord, who expect, look for and hope in Him, shall change and renew their strength and power. Say amen, say expect, say look for Hope. In Bible says in Matthew 7, 7, that ask and it will be given to you. Seek and you will find Knock and it will be given to you. Seek and you will find knock and it will be open to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds. And to him who knocks it will be open. Say hallelujah, this is exciting. Wait, say with me, wait on the lord.
Speaker 1:There's so many things that are missed out in the church because people don't just they, whatever reason. They don't take the time to receive instructions. They don't take time to receive. Lord is the strength of my life. Maybe you come from a very weak beginning, but that's not going to be the end of your life. You will see the hand of the Lord. You will see the hand of the Lord. You'll see the goodness of God. You seek Him. You're going to see His face. You're going to find, you're going to be a sign and a wonder.
Speaker 1:I feel like climbing over some seats over here and slapping somebody with my notebook, and that's not because I'm a violent person. I'm quite peaceful, but I'm a violent person. I'm quite peaceful, but I'm just saying it. Somebody needs to wake up. Some of you have a habit of coming to church just to sit around. Instead of sitting around at home, you come, sit around over here. I want you to receive what the Lord is saying. Those of you here for the first time, I'm not the Lord, but the Lord's given me a message, so that's why I said you need to receive what the Lord is saying. Okay, I'm not the Lord, but the Lord's given me a message, so that's why I said you need to receive what the Lord is saying. Okay, I'm just a messenger. He came in here. He called himself the Lord.
Speaker 1:No, I'm sharing the message that the Lord's given to you so that your confidence would be in him, that you would rise up. You know, the enemy would love for you to be weak for the rest of your days. Enemy would love for you to be a weak minister who can't do anything, a weak businessman, businesswoman who's not going to be able to take the ground that God has purposed for you to have A weak man in your family, a weak woman in your family. It's time to be strengthened by the power of the Lord. He is the strength of our life. I see strength coming into your life and this week you're going to be strong and you're going to see the goodness of God. God's going to make you like a lighthouse, like a city on a hill that people are going to run to you. They're going to find living God through you. As you are strong and we've had this thing in here in Finland that it's like it's humble to be weak. It's humble to be weak. I'm talking about the things that God has called you to do. There's strength.
Speaker 1:If you look at life of Apostle Paul. He was strong in the Lord. He was able to take cities. They stoned him and I'm not talking about the modern meaning for the word stoning. I mean that they threw rocks at him. They left him for dead. He just got up and what did he do? He went to the next city to preach Christ. So in many ways, he was in the natural. He was weak, but there was such strength in him and he took the land. He established churches. You are going to fulfill in 2025 what God's called you to do. Somebody's rising up. Somebody's rising up with the strength of the Lord. There's a sound rising in your life.
Speaker 1:The silence is over. Hallelujah. Say it with me Victory. Say it in Finnish Voitto, kerta kaiken. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah. Thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. You have to decide. Enough is enough. I'm not moaning, thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Jesus. You have to decide. Enough is enough. I'm not moaning, I'm not complaining, I'm not getting stuck. There's gonna be a sound. There's gonna be a sound that's coming out in my life. I'm gonna walk in strength. I'm let the weak say I am somebody's alive. Lord, have mercy, write it in the history books. The church is getting louder.
Speaker 1:In Finland. The enemy thought he had us here in Finland. It's like we can go to other countries. They shot themselves in the foot. They haven't said anything in 40 years. But then it's you guys Making some sound, Getting excited that Jesus is alive.
Speaker 1:He's the same yesterday, today and forever. Oh hallelujah, he's still the savior, the healer, the deliverer. He is resurrection in His life. Hallelujah, wait on the Lord. You know that he answers prayer. You press in and you take time that you receive instructions from Him. You're not in such a rush that you just run somewhere. You wait on Him. Oh hallelujah, expect, expect, look for hope and say amen. And then go with me to first peter, chapter five. First peter, chapter five. I'm going to read from verse five and on first peter five and verse five and on say me, casting all of my care. It's very important that you move forward without worries and yokes and cares. It's time to be carefree. First Peter 5.5.
Speaker 1:Likewise, you, younger people, submit yourself to your elders. Yes, all of you, be submissive to one another and be clothed with humility. Say with me, clothed with humility. You know, sometimes pride looks like humility and sometimes humility looks like pride if people don't understand what they're looking for. They see somebody who's confident. They think they must be arrogant. And then there's somebody who's quiet and they're just by themselves and they just speak and they think that must be a very humble person. But God looks at the heart, for God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. Therefore, humble yourself under the mighty hand of God that he may exalt you in due time. And then in verse 7., casting all of your care upon him, for he cares for you. Say with me, he cares for me. So god really cares for you. He wants to be the strength of your life.
Speaker 1:But you have to decide where your trust is. And many people they have like, oh, I gotta. I gotta get this done. I gotta see this. I gotta. This is the vision, this is the plan, but their trust is in the wrong place. This came on me when we started the church. I started looking at the congregation, it's like, and then I was looking at the money that was coming in the offering and I was like what's wrong with people? And you get up the next time. You're looking at people who look angry why are they not giving? But you know, as a pastor, your trust can be in people. My trust is not in people. People do whatever they want to do. Can you say amen? People have a freedom to give or not to give. They can do whatever they want to give, but my trust is in the Lord. I'm doing what God's called me to give. They can do whatever they want to give, but my trust is in the Lord. I'm doing what God's called me to do. He will provide for me.
Speaker 1:You do what God's called you to do. You do your work well. If you are in business, you do your work well. You do it faithfully. You do it with excellence. You be the best in whatever God's called you to do. You be the best in your field, so that when we go to Google reviews, unless if there's some lunatic in there who's decided to leave some comments that don't have any founding in the truth that we'll find a good review Because you've done a good job.
Speaker 1:You don't just put a scripture on the wall and then have a terrible practice, whatever it is that you're doing okay, some of you didn't like that one casting all of your care. In other words, when we know that he cares for us, he's called us to cast all of our care. How do we do that? Well, do we do that in prayer amplified, says in first peter 5 7 casting the whole of your care, all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all on Him, for he cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. Say hallelujah, say with me, casting All of my care. In other words, we wait on Him and then we expect, we look for, and then we refuse to hold on to any care, because when we are full of worry, then our trust is in the wrong place. But when we've cast our cares on him, we have moved them from our hands into his hands, and that doesn't mean that we're inactive. We just don't worry, we just do what he's called us to do, and then it continues.
Speaker 1:Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary, the devil, walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. It's worth mentioning that devil is not a roaring lion, he just walks like a roaring lion, but he's seeking whom he may devour, and this is one of the reasons I'm talking about this, because I don't want him to find you whining, complaining and weak. Resist him steadfastly, in faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. But may the God of all grace, who called us to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while perfect, establish, strengthen and settle you to him, be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. In other words, your responsibility is to resist, cast, be under the mighty hand of God, humble yourself under the mighty hand of God and then resist the enemy After you cast all your cares On the Lord. So Lord has your cares. Your cares are not in your hands. You cast them on him and then you resist the enemy. This week, the enemy has nothing on me.
Speaker 1:We're going to do what God's called us to do. We're going to be strong. We're going to take ground. Anybody with me In your business. When you go to work, you're going to take ground, hallelujah, hallelujah, god's called us to be strong. Say with me. Say, says anxieties, worries, concerns, refuse it. This is very key part in waiting on Him and for us to be strong. You cannot be strong if you're worried about everything. So you deal with the things in prayer. You cast your cares. Well, I'm worried about my family. Well then, you're not in faith. I said you're not in faith if you're worried about it. It's like well, this is strange. I thought that Christian life is being worried about everything. No, some people have learned this way, so you need to learn a new way. That's what the Psalm 27 is talking about. A way, the Lord's way, casting our cares. He wants you to be free from.
Speaker 1:Some of you wouldn't know what to do with those extra hours. If you wouldn't have any cares, you would discover many hours in a day Because you would not be anxious anymore, waiting on getting victories Getting. Well, pastor, I just feel like I need to worry about my finances. Has it worked? How many years have you been worried about it? How much increase have you seen? Well, pastor, it's been great. All my worrying has really accumulated wealth to me and the blessing of the Lord is flowing freely. Even after this service.
Speaker 1:I'll do an eight-hour worrying session. I'm going to be super anxious, and then Lord's blessings will flow. That's not how it works. We cast all of our cares, we trust in Him, we wait on Him and then you put your hands to what God's called you to do and there'll be a blessing. I said there'll be a blessing, so we cast all of our care, and that's not always easy, depending on what you're facing. If it'd be easy, everybody would be doing it. But when we are submitting ourselves under his mighty hand, we're putting ourselves under God's word and we say Lord, your word is the truth, so I'm not arguing with you. You said I should cast my cares. That's what I'm doing.
Speaker 1:Say amen, so I'm going to live worry-free this week. Thank you for that. Sound. Everybody's awake again. No anxiety, no care this week. Thank you for that sound. Everybody's awake again. No anxiety, no care. This week. Monday is going to be a worry-free day, and Tuesday, wednesday, thursday.
Speaker 1:And if you get a message that tries to get you into the realm of anxiety, you just battled that thing and said no, I'm going to resist the enemy. I refuse to be under this thing. Let me say this you have worried enough for one lifetime. Who can testify to that? You've done enough worrying. You've been worried since you were like three years old because your mother was worried and you decided to join her, and that's what you've been doing for 20 years Now. It's time to end that. Amen, hallelujah, say, pastor, I'm a warrior. No, it's a different thing, different thing. It's a fight of faith. But we don't do that by worrying and then say this with me Prayerful life, prayerful life. 1 Thessalonians 5.17. 1 Thessalonians 5 17. First. Thessalonians 5 17 says that's first Thessalonians 5 17.
Speaker 1:Be unceasing in praying, in prayer, praying perseveringly, that's the amplified classic. Be unceasing in prayer. Say with me I'm unceasing in prayer, in other words, this constant flow of prayer. Brother Kenneth Hagin said this when he talked about prayer, that the tongues, the heavenly language, is not something that should be just only the initial evidence of receiving the Holy Spirit, but it should be a continual flow throughout your Christian life. Let me say that again the Holy Spirit, but it should be a continual flow throughout your Christian life. Let me say that again your heavenly language should be a continual flow in your life. It shouldn't be just something. Yeah well, I had that experience in 1997. Praise the Lord. Was that the last time you prayed in your heavenly language? How many years is that? 28? Come on, it should be a continual flow.
Speaker 1:Pray perseveringly, be unceasing in prayer, say with me I'll wait on the lord. And there's strength when you go and you pray. There should be strength that is seen on your life. If you come angry, bitter, upset, if you come out of your prayer time worse than when you came in, you're not doing it properly, and then you can ask for help. Let me get this thing sorted out. There's something missing. Of course, the number one thing you must be born again. You must be filled with the Spirit, because the Holy Spirit is your helper. But you can get help.
Speaker 1:Sometimes people just have practical things. They just learn how to pray. We don't pray prayers that we learned in school on the fourth grade, and then we just repeat that every time we go. I would get upset too if I just keep repeating something. Okay, I'm just trying to help somebody who comes from a Catholic background. I pray for you. The Pope is dead. There's a new one coming up, I think.
Speaker 1:Say with me prayerful life, prayerful life, in other words, there's a flow, there's a life that is flowing from you all the time. All the time there's a prayer there's, there's like answer, like even before you need the answer, you already have it praying in the spirit, praying with your understanding, worship in the spirit, worship with the with your understanding, worship in the spirit, worship with the understanding you are. And then you know we have prayer meetings. That's a great strength when you take time Consistently also with your brothers and sisters. You pray united Amen and finally Say with me Humility and say my ears are open.
Speaker 1:Some people just have something stuck in their ears they don't hear. But Romans 8.14 says For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. That's Romans 8.14. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. We are the new creation, we are God's people, we are heaven's ambassadors and he wants to tell us ahead of time what he is doing. Jesus said in John. He said I no longer call you servants, I call you friends. So when you are a disciple of Christ, which means that you are a disciplined one, you are under the word of God, you are Christian, you are a follower of Christ, you are under the word of God. You are a Christian, you are a follower of Christ, you are under the Word of God. Then he speaks to you. He will reveal to you the future.
Speaker 1:Sometimes I feel like Christians are the last ones to know about things. They seem to be. You should be ahead of everything. In everything. I'm getting excited. You should be like something is happening. You should already know, you have a plan. You're already in that place Because your ears are open. You have a humble heart, you have a receptive heart. You're not stubborn. Say with me I'm not stubborn, I agree with you, amen. Say with me the Lord is the strength of my life, hallelujah. And you know there's. There's like even you know, and when I'm in the ministry, obviously, uh, the honor to be, to be pastoring and doing what I'm doing. But you know, you, you get situations and things you face in life and seems to be overwhelming. You have to know that the Lord is the strength of your life.
Speaker 1:In many places there's not somebody who's going to rescue you. You know some of you were raised up in a home that your mom always did everything for you. I'm not going to ask you to raise your hand if you were one of them. But like, even if you didn't do what your mom said to do or your dad said to do, you know, then they would do it after you. If you didn't do it, some of you got everything you ever wanted and then now you're upset my God not doing it. So you're upset that things are not lining up.
Speaker 1:You know there's a sign that you can see sometimes in the staff kitchen that says your mother is not here, clean up your own mess. It's a rude awakening when you go to get a job and you actually have to clean up after yourself. Who understands what I mean? In other words, your mother doesn't. You know some of your mothers are here, so that's good.
Speaker 1:But for most of us, you know your mom or my mom is not here and if you had that way of living that somebody else has always cleaned up your mess, you need to rise up and take responsibility and you know the Lord is the strength of my life. I have ears that are open. My heart's heart is humble. I'm waiting on the lord. I refuse to carry any worry and I'm living a prayerful life. Can you say hallelujah? Say praise the lord who's? Happy hallelujah if I can have somebody on the keys. Thank you. Happy Hallelujah If I can have somebody on the keys. Thank you. Say with me one more time the Lord is the strength of my life. I see great strength. This is going to be a great week. Something is happening. Something is happening For it says in Ephesians 6 and 10.
Speaker 1:That's Ephesians 6 and 10. In conclusion, be strong in the Lord, be empowered this is Amplified Classic. Be empowered through your union with Him. Draw your strength from Him, that strength which His boundless might provides. Be strong in the Lord, be empowered through your union with him. Draw your strength from him, that strength which his boundless might provides.
Speaker 1:How many of you realize? God is never running out of power. He is the almighty God. He's not limited to this realm, time and space and matter and energy that we're limited in. He is the creator of heaven and earth. He is the almighty God. That means he can do anything. He is everywhere, he's always present, he knows everything and he's called us to walk in his strength. It doesn't say just to do it in your own strength, but in his strength. Say with me, I'm strong In his might. Hallelujah, I believe it. You're going to see some great things even this coming week. The Lord is with you and he is with you, strong In a mighty way. I see people, I see families have been strengthened, husbands, men of god are being strengthened. Maybe you felt like you felt weak. I'm telling you be strong in the lord. You may have some areas in your life that you're not very strong and in the natural, maybe you don't understand certain things. Maybe physically you're not as strong as someone else could be. But I'm telling you, lord, in his might, you are standing up in your family, the lady standing up in strength of the lord. You're gonna be a labrosi, kilian, barabase, businesses, things.
Speaker 1:The ministries are moving forward this week. I'm telling you, lord, that the way hallelujah I don't even know how to describe this All I see the nation is totally open. The Lord is just asking what are we going to do? That's how I got called into the ministry. Lord asked me, tommy, what do you want with your life? And I answered by Psalm 2.8. I want the heathen, I want the nations as my possession, as my inheritance, and I knew that we would be going.
Speaker 1:But I feel like the Lord is asking what are we going to do? Are you satisfied, just to be an average believer? You're just looking at things, maybe complaining and saying I don't think things are going to work out or do you rise in His power and say this is my time? The great champions described in hebrews 11, those have all already gone to their reward, the great champions in the history of the church, the last 2 000 years that have gone to be with the lord. But this is our time. Be strong in his might. Humble your heart, hallelujah. Humble your heart and rise in the power of God, in what God's called you to do.
