Brian talks about the good ol' days were Ohio was one of the top spots to get into MMA and how training in the beginning was a fight everyday just to be at the top of the food chain. Brain tells some great stories of how Lil John was a coach once for an MMA promotion he competed in as well as what it was like to fight for Bellator in the early years of his career.
