Listen in as we hang out with Mr. Jiu-Jitsu Mike Mihas. He's a BJJ black belt under James Terleki. He became in love with BJJ like so many, watching UFC 1 from a rented VHS tape from the famous Block Buster video. Mike talks about back in 1995 walking into a Blockbuster Video with a few friends to pick out some videos from that one section in the store that you have to go in the backroom to see and somehow ended up with UFC 1 in there hands. He became amazed by the effectiveness of BJJ and weeks later he was fighting in his first MMA fight in Cleveland Ohio. We get into how the Mr. Jiu-Jitsu social media platform came about and how big it is now, but also how people can take things in all the wrongs ways.
