Listen in as we hang out with world champion Shane Jamil. He's a BJJ black belt under Lloyd Irvin in 2016. Shane Jamil Hill-Taylor is one of the top Jiu-Jitsu athletes of his generation and a product of Team Lloyd Irvin’s kids’ program. Shane is one of the top American born competitors on the current BJJ grappling scene. He was highly successful in the lower belt divisions and won a world champion ship at Purple belt and then again at Brown belt. We get into all kinds of stuff from how Shane is a sneaker head (One who loves to collect and wear old school sneakers) to how he approaches training and different rule sets in each BJJ platform there is.
