Africa is sometimes referred to as a “sideshow” of World War I, but that label is misleading. To discuss the Cameroon Campaign, the World War I Podcast hosted Adeboye Tinubu, a PhD candidate at the University of Calgary and a specialist in the Cameroon Campaign and the Nigerian soldiers who fought in the campaign.
