Episode 25
Hey Everyone! Today I’m sharing how books can be a form of medicine! Stories have to power to open us up and sometimes that means helping us name our wounds that we didn’t even know were there. Stories can also bring the healing salve to those same wounds. In this episode I share a few books that were/are medicine to me. Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, The Little Paris Bookshop by Nina George, and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho to name a few. Want to find out more? Join me!
