Luke and Kyle discuss the previous episode, Jean Marie's Story, which was all about the listening to the universe, and taking those crossroad moments and seeing them as a chance to rest, or change, or breathe, or recover. We discuss how it is easier said than done, and it's easy to take an injury as a set back and spiral into depression or darkness. Interestingly many of our guests who have had major injury, have come on the show to discuss how life changing accidents have resulted in them being more fulfilled and in tune with their purpose afterwards. Fascinating stuff!!
