What possible reason could the Department of Education and the USDA have for needing what the left calls "military style weapons?" They want them banned for citizens but these "non military" departments would get an exemption under the Democrats' latest gun control bill, HR 1808. 

And why would the IRS spend $700,000 on ammo in just 3 months time?
