We are delighted to welcome Mayor Todd Gloria of the city of San Diego and Carolien Gehrels, Arcadis’ Global director for the Energy Transition, in this weeks episode. We spoke to them about global and local climate challenges, how these issues can be addresses in an inclusive manner and that we have moved past the happy talk regarding these issues. Mayor’s and cities around the world should not spend any time reinventing the wheel, a good Mayor steals. Though San Diego and Amsterdam aren’t exactly neighbours, it is clear good and innovative ideas are ready to be translated and shared across oceans.
