Maarten van Weeghel is a project professional with broad experience in setting up project organisations, PMO's and project portfolio management processes. He has experience in many different sectors like banking, energy, telecom, consumer products and government. In the last few years, his focus has been on the health care sector.
His team of professionals and he specialise in controlling projects and project organisation by designing pragmatic processes, tools and templates. They base their designs on best practices like Scrum, Prince2, P3O and MoP, combined with e.g. IPMA and our own best practices. They manage complex transitions.
