Change management . . . change agent . . . we all talk about creating change in our businesses. Several myths are associated with this process. The first is that if we provide people with information that will be sufficient for them to understand how to make changes. If having information motivated human behavior there wouldn't be a single tobacco smoker left. Secondly, we sometimes believe that stepping away from the office to have an off-site with lovely scenery and good food then our new perspective will move mountains.
