Monday Nights
For over 10 years Monday Night has been a refuge for men to break free from addiction and isolation. Rooted in sobriety, we pursue meaningful connection. We have discovered the simple process required to build a life of true character. This podcast is an exploration of that process and stories from the wild men who dared to submit to it. May it point you to the real you and challenge you to be more. We are not your father’s Saturday men’s breakfast. We start with your manhood (yes, that one) and work to uncover the deep heart issues that cause the pain we have all been running from or numbing out. We help men get sober, get current, and stay current. Sobriety leads to connection, connection leads to movement. As men, we are meant for movement and action. If you’re willing to get real and do the work, the rewards are great. If that sounds like something you’re ready for, you’re in the right room.To connect with Shay and Eli email us at mondaynightspodcast@gmail.com.

Episode 5
Freedom and sobriety are lifetime pursuits. This is not a sprint, gentlemen, this is a marathon that ends the day you walk through the pearly gates. In this episode Eli continues his conversation with Michael and Lisa Kunz and they discuss what it can look like to stay connected and be vulnerable in marriage after acting out for the first time in years and the importance of paying attention to your heart and needs no matter how long it has been since you last acted out.
