Today’s podcast features a man who is one of the most recognized experts in the field of fatty acid digestion and metabolism in the dairy cow and the impact of bioactive fatty acids on animal production and human health, Dr. Adam Lock. Dr. Lock, like so many, needs no introduction in the dairy world. But for those who aren’t familiar he is an associate professor at MSU and if you can’t tell from the accent he’s from the UK. Dr. Lock has been at his post at MSU since 2009 and has a special interest in the role of milk fat in human health.
