Leaders can become stars, celebrities, and potential saviours to many people they lead and even themselves. Often this can lead to burnout or fallout and a misconstrued view of what leadership is. We had a conversation with Dr. Ruth Padilla DeBorst on how one needs to lead in community where trusted friends and colleagues can speak truth into a leaders life.
