Now Has No Regrets - Grasshopper

Living in the moment has an overlooked advantage: No Regrets!

Who can’t come up with a list of their top 5 regrets? Even Frank Sinatra had a few, “but then again, too few to mention.”

Regrets take you backwards. The events that brought them to mind aren’t happening now, so to borrow a phrase from The Simpsons, “Don’t have a cow!”

Regrets, like guilt, do have an upside though: deciding not to repeat the actions that caused them in the first place.

But a steady diet of regrets will cause us to fret – needlessly.

If whatever time you have left on earth is spent regretting, it keeps you from living.

Make this vow: I will live now! It puts you in touch with life, not with the fruitless regrets that cause you strife.

 All the best,

John
