Purity Has No Equal

There’s really nothing like purity.

I was making fresh orange juice one day — something I do every so often.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking the store-bought stuff, but there’s just no comparison to the taste of fresh, squeezed orange juice. It’s as pure as it gets!

Purity is what makes something stand out and feel special. Ever heard someone say "pure genius"? It’s that thing that's hard to explain but easy to spot when you see it.

Think about it: we were all born pure — no additives, no nonsense. You’ve probably heard the old joke, "We were as pure as the driven snow, but we’ve drifted a bit since then."

As we grow, though, our purity takes a hit.

Our thoughts get filled with all sorts of distractions and "junk" — things that mess with the way we act. Our thoughts influence what we do, and if they’re cluttered, so are our actions.

Over time, we add so many layers to our thoughts, beliefs, and habits that they take us far from that pure state we once had. But pure thoughts? That’s the stillness of a calm mind.

When we finally quiet down all the noise in our heads, that’s when the magic of purity kicks in. We start feeling more at peace, and our thoughts and actions become clearer and better too.

Want to see for yourself?

Take a moment to notice all the "head clutter" swirling in your mind and how it affects your actions. Then, take a break and find a place where you can just relax and let your mind settle. It could be the beach, the mountains, a quiet park — or even just a peaceful corner at home. It doesn’t matter where it is, as long as you find that stillness.

Whether it’s real or just in your mind, that peaceful moment calms your thoughts and soothes your spirit. It’s that pause that really gives you a boost.

What you’ll notice is that you’ve tapped into your natural purity — the quiet of your mind.

From that calm space, your thoughts become clearer, and your actions start coming from a more peaceful place. These are the kind of thoughts and actions that really pay off.

So, take some time to notice when your mind is clouded. Then make a little date with yourself to get back to that pure, peaceful state. It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself — and it’s free!

Your thoughts become fresh, and your actions become genuinely satisfying.

All the best,
John
