Your Mind Is A War Zone

Here’s something to ponder. What if heaven isn't just a place you go when you die? What if it's somewhere you can actually visit while you're still alive?

Now, I know that might sound a little out there—but hear me out. Think of heaven as that quiet place inside you where there are no thoughts. No noise. Just stillness. Peace. Aliveness.

But let’s be honest—most of us spend our days trapped in our minds, don’t we? And our thoughts? They’re all over the place. It’s like riding a roller coaster for 16 hours a day. Sure, it has its highs—but do you really want to stay strapped in forever?

For a lot of people, the mind is a war zone. Constant battles. Arguments. Old memories, future worries—all fighting for space. And the sad part? No one really wins. You just end up exhausted.

But there is a way out. There’s a kind of mental DMZ—a peaceful zone—where you can go, but there’s a catch: you’ve got to leave your weapons behind. And in this case, the weapons are your thoughts.

Let’s call that place heaven.

Now, in heaven, there are no arguments. No mental tug-of-war. Just calm. Just clarity. And every time you visit—even for a moment—you bring a little of that peace back with you. You carry it into your daily life.

So here's the big question: Do you want to keep living in that battlefield of thoughts? Or do you want a life that feels lighter, more peaceful?

Because the truth is, as long as you cling to your thoughts—your positions, your judgments—you stay at war. And even when you think you’ve “won,” the peace doesn’t last.

Real peace? It comes from letting go. From choosing not to resist. That’s how you disarm yourself—and everyone around you. In heaven, there are no battles. No enemies. And the moment thoughts start creeping in, well . . . you’re not in heaven anymore. You’re back on the battlefield.

Winning the battle of the mind isn’t about fighting harder. It’s about not fighting at all.

And maybe—just maybe—if people are right, you’ll end up in heaven eventually anyway. But wouldn’t it be nice to get a head start?

You might not live in perfect peace every day—but every step toward it changes you. Makes you healthier. Happier. A little more heavenly.

All the best,

John
