It’s Easy To Hate

The road to hatred is an easy walk. All it takes is surrounding yourself with angry, bitter people—whether in person or online—and you’ll find yourself pulled along without even realizing it.

Who you surround yourself with, whether in person or by proxy, influences your mindset.

Here’s something I’ve noticed over the years: people who carry hate seem to carry tension too. Their bodies are tight. Their moods are sour. They seem to get sick more often and recover more slowly, if at all.

Hate isn’t just corrosive to the mind—it wears down the body. It fuels stress-related illnesses like high blood pressure, arthritis, and heart disease. You don’t need a medical degree to see it. Just observe those who’ve lived with long-term bitterness and you’ll notice the toll.

Hatred spreads easily. Spend enough time with angry, bitter people, and their mindset starts to seep into yours. As the saying goes, “birds of a feather flock together”—and that flock can take you somewhere dark.

I find it’s harder to love but the results are, without argument, more rewarding.

So ask yourself: which one are you working on—love or hate? Because both require energy. Both take commitment. But only one leads you towards a healthier, connected, peaceful life. The other? . . . well I hate to say this . . . it's the road to ruin.

Moving away from hatred is more than noble, It’s in your best interest. Not only will it promote better health but you’ll also love how you feel.

If you stay on the easy path of hatred, happiness will elude you for a lifetime.

Isn’t it time to send your hatred packing? Doing so makes room for the feelings you’ve been sorely lacking.

All the best,

John
