Miserable People

I’m sure you know your share of miserable people. I know I do. And I’ve noticed something all of them have in common.

Now I rarely use the word “all,” but it’s fitting and accurate in this observation.

More than any triggering event is this habitual practice that keeps misery in place.

All miserable people are stuck in their head. All you have to do is watch someone you’ve adjudged to be miserable, and you will see them absent from what’s going on outside their head, more often than not.

It’s their incessant, internal dialogue that fuels their misery. The longer they remain inside their mind with their painful story, their exterior advertises their wretchedness for the whole world to witness, and for them to continue to experience.

The remedy is simple: learn to quiet your mind. There are countless ways to do that. You just need to find one that works for you. The minute you discover your quiet center, you’ll experience your misery begin to melt and fade away, just like an icicle on a sunny winter’s day.

The antidote for misery is available to everyone, even the most miserable person you know.

Just start to notice your downhearted thoughts and interrupt them with some mind quieting practice.

I offer one of these methods for FREE. It’s called Meditate 1-2-3. It’s a lightning fast way to quiet your mind. And you can easily find it on this site.

Decide now to send your misery out to sea, it’s as easy as 1-2-3.

All the best,

John
