What’s Below the Haze?

Have you ever heard the phrase, “It’s a little hazy to me”?

Maybe you’ve even said it.

I know I have.

If you look up the word hazy in a thesaurus, you’ll see a whole bevy of cousins: misty, foggy, cloudy . . . vague.

In other words, your comprehension is blurred.

But here’s the interesting part.

Below the haze . . . is clarity.

So the question becomes: how do you clear the fog and get out of that bog?

You’ve probably heard the term subconscious. That’s the part of the mind that sits below all that surface thinking.

Below the fog.

And when you drop down there, something surprising happens.

You’re crystal clear when you enter that sphere.

So how do you get there . . . and get out of the daze of haze?

Simple.

You quiet your mind.

Now, how you do that — well, there are a lot of ways. Plenty of paths. But they all take you to the same place:

Below the haze.

So experiment a little. Find the way that works best for you to calm your mind . . . and enter that blissful state of sublime.

Because when the mind gets quiet, the haze disappears.

And what you’re left with is something beautiful:

The silent realm of crystal clear.

I’ve put together a simple little exercise to help you do that. It’s called Meditate 1-2-3. And it’s free.

You’ll find it right here on this channel.

Give it a go . . . and then you'll know . . . what’s below the haze.

All the best,

John
