The Body Image Struggle

Hello everyone!
 This week we talk about body images. It's a heavy topic, and you can tell it's not one we are the most comfortable with by our many, many rabbit trails.

Something I (Erin) didn't get to mention on the show this week is that over this last year I was diagnosed with a eating disorder. I've known I have had one for most of my life, but I finally sought treatment for it. This is a tricky topic and one we all, in one way or another, have struggled with.
