Living in The World, Without Being Part of It

If you’re a Christian or if you’ve spent time in Christian circles, you’re probably familiar with the phrase, “to be in this world, not of it”. Is Jesus asking His followers to be social outcasts, completely removed from the rest of society? In this episode, we tackle this controversial question and discuss the importance of finding balance in our Christian lives. We are to be actively engaged in our societies, engaged with the people in our surroundings, but not allow their values and mindset to influence us. Our thoughts and actions should attract people to Christ - not the other way around.
