The podcast is aimed at people who want to deepen their relationship with Jesus so that they can be a blessing to their families, church, and community. Be resilient...be fire, because we need to continually be reminded that the light shines in the darkness...and where there is fire, there is light.

God is my Shelter (Psalm 91:1-2)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Knowing how to build a shelter when you're out in the wilderness is a critical skill to survival. Everything around you is trying to take you away from your 98.6 degree optimum operating temperature. Whether it's the terrain, or animals, or weather making an impact, a shelter serves the function of protecting you from the hostile environment around you.
God is often called the "refuge" or "shelter" throughout the Bible. Scripture encourages us to seek Him and rest in the shelter and protection that He provides because He created us and loves us that much. Psalm 91 verses 1 and 2 say "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust."
Where ever you find yourself in your walk (with God or without), there is comfort when we rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Listen in to hear some principles about shelters in the woods, but more importantly, about the importance of seeking the Father as the ultimate shelter.
