Welcome to the Enthrone Podcast. I'm Solomon, and this is Brother Andrew, and we're here for another amazing topic that I just felt that the Lord really just kind of put in my heart to share. So grab your swords, grab your shields, put your armor on. We're gonna go diving into war with the word. And so I'm very excited to talk about this topic today. Just a quick heads up. Last week we actually talked about just keeping that excitement, aka hunger for each and every individual in Christ. We can't just be volcanoes that explode and then become dormant. We have to have a continuous fire. And so if you haven't checked out that uh that episode, please go and check that out. It's really awesome. And uh I think it'll benefit the body of Christ. I think it'll benefit you really well. But today we're actually gonna dive deep into something that I think many believers have heard about, talk about, and yet it's it's very almost simple, but yet many, I believe, don't truly have an understanding. And I know that for a while I didn't myself in my walk with Christ, and that is the three-letter word, sin, S-I-N. And so I just really want to talk a lot about that today, what that looks like, what it means to the body of Christ, what it means to individuals, and what even is it? And so, Brother Andrew, if you could, sir, could you kind of give and let me know if that's too vague, but just kind of give me what is sin?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, so let's let's go, um, let's go John 16 9. So, I mean, if we're if we're gonna do this, let's let's start off with the word.

SPEAKER_04

Hallelujah.

SPEAKER_00

And let's go John 16 9, because this Jesus really throws us for a loop here on our understanding and our defining nature of sin. And what he says, he says, of sin because they do not believe. So, so and and when he has come, he will convict the world of sin and of righteousness and of judgment of sin. That's that's verse nine, because they do not believe. So, what we have done is is we've looked at this, and and what's so amazing is that Jesus doesn't start off defining sin here um as this with like um adultery or theft or murder. Right. He said it's unbelief. So what is sin? Sin sin is sin is unbelief. He goes beneath behavior right here to the very root of the issue, and the deepest expression of sin is unbelief. And uh a sinful act is is ultimately the fruit of believing a lie over believing God. Right. And so so even when like when when Adam falls, it was not in moral failure first, it was belief failure. Okay, right, yes, sir. And so what we really have going on here is Jesus is really really saying that sin always begins where trust ends. Yes, sir. And so so for me, that's it, it's not that adultery is not sin, it's what's what's the root of adultery. It's not that murder's not sin, it's what's the root of murder. Where where do these things start and they come from unbelief? Because if we believed God, we would believe that union is sacred, therefore we would not commit adultery. Right. If if we believed God, we would believe life is precious, therefore we would not murder. And and and I know that a lot there's probably not very many people watching this that are murderers, but there might but there might be some. It's not saying a word with your mouth, it's confessing of an unnatural way that you've stepped into to step back into the natural way of being, which is sonship, union, and identity.

unknown

Right.

SPEAKER_04

That's a very powerful way to explain that. And I I I love that mainly because a lot of people, including in and I just say a lot of people, but this is I'm just I'm I've been somebody that's just been walking in faith with Jesus for a while, but for a long time, like many years, over 10 years, I didn't have the slightest clue of what true relationship with him looked like, at least not to me. I didn't know. The Lord was always talking to me and speaking to me. I had no idea. And so when I think of sin, I do think of bad things that people do versus unbelief. But when you explain that, if if it's if it's it's it's all unbelief, I'm like, oh that's it's that really says a lot because it's very true. If I, you know, if I don't believe that the Lord will satisfy me in certain areas and I go out on my way to go and do certain things, it's like, well, that well, that's that does equate to sin. That makes so much sense. Yeah. And and I really hope that that makes sense to viewers. And it and it will. The I think the more that we begin to see that in the scriptures, it'll make a lot more sense. It's gonna be awesome. Um, with that, sir, there are people that don't believe. Um, and then there are people that they believe they're Christians, but they still sin as well. So what does that look like? Uh and I might be maybe I'm doing too much of thinking that okay, we have people that are unbelievers that live a life of sin, and then we have pol people that are supposed to be believers but continue to sin anyway.

SPEAKER_00

Sure.

SPEAKER_04

And so when we look at that, why why is that even the case? Like, are these unbelievers actually in sin? And are are these these Christians that are continuously in sin, it's like, do they just not believe in Christ? Does that question make sense?

SPEAKER_00

Yep. So sin, sin, you have to have knowledge of wrongdoing. So the the question is individually. So we can't we can't blanket statement every person and go, well, they're in sin for watching television. That may not be sin for them because they're not convicted over it. The Spirit of God brings conviction. We're we're not the moral police. We're not here to tell people um where they're wrong if they have no knowledge of wrongdoing. But that's that's individual for each person to live in discernment of what the the Holy Spirit or the Lord um is really convicting them of, making them have knowledge of, and then not ignoring that fact. And you know, I I'm thinking of Colossians 1.21. I have it pulled up here. And and what Paul's actually teaching is that we were once alienated in enemies in our minds by wicked works. Yet Christ has reconciled us through his death. So the the alienation that he's talking about is in the mind. Right. And most people know when they're when they feel that way. That's that chaotic state, that's that that division within their mind, their misunderstandings, their struggles, but they ignore it. They ignore it. But and and the the reality is that when we look at this scripture, the cross didn't bridge a gap between God and man because God moved away. It removed the lie that separation was our destiny. Sin creates um an orphan mindset. We talked about that last week a little bit. That's absolutely right. But redemption restores sonship. Wow. And so when you feel very far off and very distant from God, the that right there is understanding that there's an alienated mind. So, because if the mind is not alienated, if it's not, if it doesn't feel distant from God, then there's there's less sin consciousness, there's less sin in one's life because you've been brought near. And so you can examine, it's not, well, I'm not convicted of anything. Well, maybe, maybe not. Conviction doesn't look like I feel bad. Conviction looks like I know I shouldn't be doing this. And and sometimes that knowing looks like I feel so far away. I feel like I don't belong, I feel like the world's not real. Like anything that tries to destroy your consciousness of your existence in this world for for its purpose, but you don't understand purpose when you're in sin. But it doesn't matter. When you start feeling like so different than everybody else, so I'm just gonna live however I want. I've never been accepted, I've always been rejected, nobody loves me. This world doesn't feel real, all of these things, that is fruit of sin in your life. And God is trying to reveal those things through thoughts that manifest through that make you that make you realize you're separated. There's a separation because in in restoration that Jesus paid the price for restoration into union, you don't feel alone. You'll be in a room and don't feel you'll be a room alone and won't feel alone. And so, and it's the the statement, well, I sometimes I'm in a room full of people and I feel alone. That's an alienated mind. I've been there.

SPEAKER_04

That's real. I'll be room full of people, and I'm like, man, I feel by myself. But I I remember when I was going to different raves and stuff like that, I would have that feeling because I used to do that all the time. I would have this feeling though of just like, I know all these people are having a good time, but in my mind, something's different. Because the best that I can without judging people, I was just like, man, I just feel like there's something wrong because I still feel like I'm alone and I'm by myself. Yeah. And so I, no matter how loud it was, no matter what people were doing, I'm just like, I feel by myself. Then there were moments, you know, just to kind of touch on that, there were moments where there were songs that would play that we would all sing together. And there was this moment of this unity that I felt, and it would always get um, I guess my skin and like I would just be get excited inside, sure. Chills and stuff like that. Because we're all singing the same song or we're all dancing to the same song, and and that unity reminds me of what we should have in Christ. And and so it was just very I when I look at that, I just reflect on that and I thank the Lord that yes, he saved me from living a reckless lifestyle, but also he he showed me his love in those places. And with with with this topic of sin, I think we focus so much on that sin consciousness instead of being known by him and beloved identity and and and just a love a love conscious, like he loves me and I love him, and sin begins to fade away eventually. And I so and that's really been a game changer for me. Um, and I I really desire for many people to have that. I hate to call it a game changer, it's a lifestyle change for me. It's transformed my mind in such a way that I'm like, I this like I'm not even cons concerned about sin. Now I look at it so different. And so, sir, how do people get from a place of I'm focused on sin, focused on sin, into I'm focused on being loved, I'm focused on love, I'm loved by him, and then leaving that, for lack of better words, podium of sin consciousness behind.

SPEAKER_00

So Jesus in in John 5.19 He said the son the Son can do nothing of himself, he only does what he sees the Father do. So the the the real like the essence of righteousness is dependency. The essence of of this sin consciousness is self-sufficiency or self self-um uh self like just looking at self. And so how do we leave behind sin consciousness, stop looking at you and start being dependent upon him? And so, like sin makes you feel like that you can do it without God, but Jesus actually said, I can do nothing apart from the father. So to live apart from God in essence is sin because you're denying your existual state, you're denying what Jesus paid the price for, which is to bring you back into union with the Father. And so when when we because what he's talking about is we have a statement that I use a lot. It's it's called being sin conscious versus being sun conscious or Christ conscious. And and so we focus so much on our sin and our failures that we don't know that we're loved. And so that's the really the defining the defining moment. People don't know that they're loved. But they largely don't know that they're loved because they want to receive love the way they want to receive it. And if it comes in any other fashion, then they reject it, they belittle it, they because love demands that you change. Love doesn't need to change, love is already perfect. Love perfects us, and so we're being made perfect by looking at him. Um we have um there's Jacob has this encounter with God and becomes Israel, and he he says that he had seen God face to face, and the word there is Penul. And so it's a face-to-face encounter that transforms your face. So it's not your physical face, but it's the way that you respond to things, it's the way that you live your life, it's the way that you do things. And so we stay so sin conscious because we're we don't actually fully receive. And when we say son conscious, there is two worlds there. I don't recognize myself as a son, but also the bigger one, I don't recognize the son, which is Jesus Christ. I'm not receiving him in his fullness, I'm receiving him in a measure of which that I want to receive. I'm receiving a pseudo Christ, the one that makes me feel the best, that still allows me to come close without having to change. Right.

SPEAKER_04

Wow. Yeah, Christ conscious. I like that. Um, and I know that the world has perverted that into its own kind of thing and even its own religious system. And so I'm just thankful that you set the record straight on what that was. Uh, and so when people hear that, they may hear that, but when you explain it like that, they'll understand like, oh, this is totally something different. I Christ has to be on my mind, you know, Christ has to be in my heart, Christ, Christ is on me. Uh, we're coming to a place actually this month, not to bring awareness to everything, but you know, we different things are happening, we see it all over the news, and some people even would I would say they identify instead of being sons of Christ, they identify themselves as sons of things that are not of Christ. Does that make sense? Sure. Yeah. So I want to know how can we bring people to the knowledge of, hey, this is actually what Christ says you are. When we go, I think every I I believe that it's it's in the word that every believer we should go, we should be out and witnessing to people and being love on display for people. When when it comes to these things, because I think some people they like for me, I know for me, like in my lifestyle, I was huge on fornicating. And that was before the Lord delivered me and saved me from that, but it just that was my lifestyle. So I thought that was a part of me. And so, how can someone kind of us as believers, how can we walk with somebody in that in that place? Does that make sense?

SPEAKER_00

There was um there was an interview that was done with uh Morgan Freeman, and the interviewer was talking to him, he said, he said, Do you um and and I'm and I'm probably quoting it wrong, but he basically was asking him a Black History Month. Yes. And he said, and he actually started off the question with how do we how do we get rid of racism in America? And he said, Stop talking about it. And the guy said, Yeah, but like you have, you know, you all have heritage, you have a black history month, and he said, Can can you really bring my heritage into one month? And of course the interviewer said no. And he said, Well, do you want a do you want a white history month? And he said, Well, well, no, and I'm Jewish. He said, Fine, do you want a Jewish history month? He said, Well, no, I would never. He said, I don't either. I don't want a black history month. But the the biggest thing that I got from that was like, stop giving it podium. Like love, love doesn't love doesn't castrate your brokenness, it elevates your wholeness. And so if we're going to be love, as we're called to be, we've got to stop giving place to the individual's sin. Because what I have found is we don't have to call out everybody's sin in order to see them free. Love works. And I'm not talking about, hey, I'm okay with the way you're living. No, I'm not okay with the way you're living. You know, because if you walk with a, if you have a friend that's a homosexual and you're a Christian, I don't have a problem with that. What I have a problem with is you being okay with their homosexuality. But we struggle not with flesh and blood. So if we struggle not with flesh and blood, why are we acting like we struggle with flesh and blood? Why are we acting like we're we're we're separating ourselves from the people? This this is what the Pharisees did. They created caste systems, and and it still happens in other countries. And and we're better than you because we can live this way, or we were born with this name. Sin is sin. And we we if we loathed our heterosexual sin as much as we we hate the homosexual sin, the church will be a lot more holy. But we elevate one thing over another. And the reality is, it's like uh I'm not okay with homosexuals being homosexuals. I'm okay with people that are homosexuals, but you, I'm not okay with your sin. I I love, we really have to step back into this. I love, I love the person, I hate the sin. And and by me just walking, if if if I walked with a homosexual and and I never brought it up, and I just loved them. And I and that means that that that I'm not okay, and I would tell them things like, hey man, you know, I I'd really appreciate if you didn't do that with your boyfriend or your girlfriend with me around that that's not something I'm okay with. Or if it never came up because we we were kind of off base, you know, we're we're just seeing each other here and there. And then they came to you and they said, Hey, Solomon, how come how come you you're a Christian and you've never brought up that I'm a homosexual? But because you're a daughter first, you're a son first. I refuse to elevate your sin above your ontology, your your original state. And if we would live that way more, we would see these people actually come out of sin. Because the only reason that they're there is because that's where they're finding a pseudo-version of love. If they found the real version of love, they would leave it. Because it it doesn't, it doesn't matter. People will disagree with this. It doesn't matter. You were designed for him. You you can't disagree with your design. A Ford cannot disagree that it was designed to be a Ford. It doesn't work. A tree cannot disagree that it was designed to be a tree, it's just the reality. And so, like, I don't well, some people think they're they're boys and they think they're girls. Yeah, it's confused identity. Like, I don't know why we're so uh upset about this identity confusion when it's been going on our entire life to where so many people have been faking it, but because we're okay with what they're faking, we give permission for it. But but now because there's boys pretending to be girls, like it's that's the main focus. It's like, guys, that that's not okay. But guess what isn't okay? Also, okay. Solomon pretending like that he's less than what he is. Solomon doing whatever it takes to fit in, Solomon trying to find a church that matches him. These are all identity crises. These this is this is all the understanding of sin consciousness. Over Christ consciousness. This is sin-likeness over Christ-likeness. And so we start like I don't have a problem with sinners doing what sinners do. I have a problem with Christians doing what sinners do. So this unbeliever that's a homosexual, or this unbeliever that's in adultery, or this unbeliever that lies, like I have more, I'm more okay with that than I am with a Christian doing it. Because they're not professing to be like Christ. They're actually saying, I'm in unbelief, I'm in doubt, I don't know, I haven't given my life to Christ. Well, that's the reason you are the way you are. But if you say you're a Christian in living that way, that means you know Christ and you're choosing sin. There's not a greater sin, but that's worse to me. And so, like, we we've got to be ready, because you you touched on something that's just it's really dear to my heart, because I used to, we I was at a church in Kentucky, and me and the pastor would meet every every morning of the weekend. We would pray the same prayer, Lord, fill this church with homosexuals. Lord, bring them in, Lord. Let this be the house in this city that is a beacon of light that draws them in, Lord. And right in the middle of the service, because we're preaching love so well, they turn and look at each other, get disgusted with each other and the way they known each other, and then become best friends and brothers and sisters in Christ, running together after Jesus, never stepping into sin again.

SPEAKER_04

That was a hallelujah. I love that.

SPEAKER_00

But like we don't want them in our church. You need to change before you came in. Man, I'm glad it wasn't that way when I came in. Because I never would have made it through the door. It was come as you are, and he'll transform you. But we we don't have an open platform for that. It's demean them over their sin to where they feel so bad about what they're doing that they won't even show up anymore. But then you never build relate because the gospel being preached alone doesn't transform lives. The relationship with a person that doesn't know the gospel, with the light of the gospel flowing through a person that does through a long-term situation transforms nature. We've got to be relational first, not be like me. I don't know what's so great about us. We're not like Christ yet. We're not seeing his results. You're not that awesome. Like none of none of us believe that we're that we're loved with the same measure or the same love that Jesus was loved with from the Father. Because if we did, we'd be seeing his results. Like I don't know many churches that are having the dead raised all the time, blind eyes opening all the time. I don't I don't know many churches that are that are operating that way. And not even in the church, but are you seeing it in your day-to-day life? Because I know churches that are moving in miracle signs and wonders, but the testimonies of the pastor or the leaders on the staff that are seeing these miracles outside of the church are none. When's the last, like it's great, you have a great move of God going on in your church? When's the last time you've seen it in Walmart because you went shopping? When's the last time you seen it at the gas station because you went to the gas station? When's the last time you picked up your daughter from school and and there was a woman that was working there and she's blind and her eye gets opened? Like who gives uh who cares if it's happening only in the church? People that are really bad off are never going to come through the door. This is why Jesus met them in the streets. Because we we we think that we've done better. We've created a leprosy environment as well. Stay outside the city walls, ten paces, say unclean, unclean, unclean. Don't you dare come in here. And we haven't said it with our mouth, but we said it with our actions. We walk down the street and there's a homeless guy and he stinks, so we go across to get around him. This is the Good Samaritan. Like which which one? And it's like we create these permissions. Well, well, that church is in revival. Well, how come the pastor's not healing the sick on the street? How come the worship leader isn't singing songs on the street? Why why have we limited the move of God to the church when when the church needs to be a move of God on the street? I'm not even primary an evangelist. I don't think we need to be an evangelist to go, we need to go get the lost. Like that's called being a son. That everybody needs to know about this. Not we'll sit up here in our ivory tower and our church system that's got a move of God. And if you want to be a part, come in, buddy. You better go get them. You better go out and tell them. How else will they know unless someone tells them? And how will they go unless they're sent? And you can't send someone where you where you're not willing to go. Brother, I'm not called there. You're called everywhere. He said, Go into all the nations. Yes, he did. He didn't say, Hey, I'm gonna pick you to go here, and hey, and you go here. He said, I'm gonna send you all into the nations. Let's just see what happens.

SPEAKER_04

Man, I um all that it reminded me and just kind of my walk with Christ too. I actually want to just kind of share, I don't know how they say off the record, on the record.

SPEAKER_00

But I want to just I just want to kind of definitely on because it's being recorded. That's right.

SPEAKER_04

Well, we're on the record. Uh I want to definitely share. So I can just share that I am a testimony to that. I'm a testimony to somebody who was living in sin, and instead of all my sins being called out, I was just called to hire. I was loved well, I was in relationship. And I'll even even the my sins on display and how I used to dress and the way that I would speak to people and the way that I would speak and the way that I'd speak about myself. And I and it I was just loved well, and I was met with love. I wasn't met with, you know, oh, you need to go and change first before coming in here. You know, I was I was loved well, and and it started off with this message that Brother Andrews is talking about, which is which is the gospel. And I was it started with relationships, it started with meetings at the coffee shop with different people under the ministry. And my life has never been the same because of that, and I am so grateful that I was not met with a wooden bat against my sin. I was met with love, with compassion, and questions that challenged me. Because I think people mistaken challenging questions as you know, hate, the error, whatnot, versus no, this is love. Loving people, I I find it that if I get challenging questions, um, not to try to hurt me, but to try to make me think or understand, it's it's very loving. Yeah. You know, because I I be again with this topic of sin, I I don't think people really sit with it enough. Nobody wants to sit with sin, but people don't sit with the understanding of what actually sin is. I think we just assume, there's many things in the body of Christ, I think we just assume many words that we hear, and even that sometimes we say, we just assume we know what it means, but we haven't really sat and actually sat and dealt with it. Not dealt with our sin, but dealt with the definition and what it actually means. Because I think when we understand what certain things mean, we can actually better um we can better tackle them.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And so I I just I I want to lean into something that I also had a question about as well. Where does sin come from?

SPEAKER_00

Accusation. Sin comes from accusation. Um whether it be the enemy or yourself or people around you, you're wrong. Solomon, what you're doing's not right. And so sin always screams what you're doing wrong. But a son, no matter what's going on, will always want to know first what is the father saying. So when we end up somewhere we shouldn't be, we don't go, what did I do wrong? Where did I miss what God was saying? And I need to go back to that.

SPEAKER_04

Come on.

SPEAKER_00

So if if and I can look it up here, I think it's um it's in Hebrews chapter 12, verse 2. Yeah, verse 2. And and so it says, um, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. So in in in the New Covenant, it never instructs believers to spend their lives looking at their sin. Guilty. That's this is what the Pharisees did. They brought him an adulterous woman and threw him in front of me. Here's the woman, she was caught in the very act. And Jesus says, You're you're bringing sin in front of me, but you without sin cast the first stone. But he starts drawing in the sand. I heard Ron Horbanki say this years and years ago. He said he knew what Jesus was writing. He was writing guilty, guilty, guilty, guilty. Because they were all guilty of what they were bringing forward. But he was separating and saying, All can be free. And so when we look at this, it it tells them to not look at their sin, but to look at Jesus. And and whatever, whatever dominates, whatever dominates your gaze, Solomon, will eventually dominate your experience. And so when when we're son, when we're son conscious, we're always living from what the father's saying. We're hyper-aware of Jesus. But when we're sin conscious, we're hyper-aware of sin. And so then everything starts to that be that becomes our experience. If I'm a son, no matter where I'm at, I hear the father saying, You're loved, you're chosen, you're picked, you're the head, you're not the tail. I I don't know, I don't know about you, but if if somebody tells me that I'm a screw up and I'm messed up and I'm a failure and I'm never going to amount to anything, that's gonna be a lot harder than if I'm if I'm failing in something and making miserable mistakes, and someone comes in and goes, hey man, we all make mistakes. It happens. You'll get through this. You're more than what you think, you're more capable of what you know, and I want you to know you're loved, you're picked, you're chosen, you're the head and not the tail. I'm more likely to succeed there. But when I'm constantly getting beat down by people, by the enemy, by myself, of making myself feel like I'm less than, I'm probably gonna live less than. Because if that gets my attention, it'll control my outcome. So whatever has my attention, whatever my focus is, that will determine my reality. And so we become we become so guilt conscious that we're not that we're not living, um, that we're not living forgiven. Because the cross, the cross said forgiven. Not not of some things, but of all things. We get stuck in sin because we live like we weren't forgiven. So we constantly are trying to measure up and work our way out of it, but a son just goes back to what's the father saying, and the father's always ready to throw a party in your name. Yeah? Yes, sir.

SPEAKER_04

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

We get we probably got time for one more.

SPEAKER_04

I was I was gonna say if that's alright. And so and maybe this one, maybe you'd like to answer it, but it's uh the uh the unforgivable sin. I think people think that I've seen and I've and I see it online. People think that there are sins that are just unforgivable, like you cannot be forgiven of this, like there's no way they get disregarded, discredited based on certain sins that they've either either done, whether that was in their past, yeah, or whether it's people think, oh, they're living this kind of way, and they're in this specific sin, that's unforgivable, we gotta shun them. And unfortunately, that's just religion, I find a lot of people just kind of throwing religion on people. And so I from what I've been reading and what I've understanding in scriptures, I don't really see a sin that cannot be forgiven except one specifically, but it was because Jesus said that, if I'm not mistaken. And so what is that unforgivable sin? And it's not a big focus, I don't think, because I don't think people can actually do it. It should be.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, it should be. Oh. It should be a big focus on blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. This is what Jesus talks about. Okay. Could you explain that, sir? Yeah, so blasphemy, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is is unrepentant sin. The only thing that can send you to hell is sin you did not repent of. And and it's it's called blasphemy of the Holy Spirit because you in order to know that it's sin, you have to know that it was wrong. So you are knowingly choosing what's wrong over what's right. So that's refusing the conviction of the Holy Spirit and allowing the Spirit to work in you. So Paul Paul's talk Paul talks about the work of the flesh and he talks about the work of the spirit. And we have to yield to one. But it's it's not it's not this craziness that we've that we believed in religion, like there's two wolves inside of you, and the one that you feed will be the one that survives. I think most people have heard that analogy. You know, you you've got this evil wolf inside of you, and you've got this good wolf inside of you. And which whichever one, whichever one you feed is the which one's going to rise to the surface. But what that does is that promotes a double consciousness. And so now this double consciousness constantly lives inside of me. And I need to make sure I'm always trying to feed the right one because if I feed the wrong one, it might overtake the the right one, and then all of a sudden I'm I'm going to hell. And so it creates this fear-based mentality and it creates this works-based mentality that's out of my own strength instead of living from the grace of God. We were never created to have two wolves. We need to kill one and bury it. There shouldn't be two.

SPEAKER_04

Shouldn't be two.

SPEAKER_00

And so, but the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, it's actually talking about that. Jesus actually says a house abide against itself shall fall. That's division in the house. Uh, we have the other the other um parable where he says one man, one man built his house on good ground, the other on sand, and the the winds blew, and the storm came, and and you know, you know the parable. That's a that's a double-mindedness. A double-minded man is unstable in all of his ways. And and so instability brings about a downfall. And so what Jesus is saying is what he's already said a bunch of different times, he just said it differently just then, and people go, Oh, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, that's speaking bad about God. Well, then we're all probably going to hell. Because at some point or another, we were all sinners. We we all made the mistake, we all were doing sin. And I don't believe we were born into sin. We were born into union, we chose sin over union.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_00

Well, that that's that understanding. We talked about it last week a little bit, is that Adamite teaching, that Adamic understanding that that, well, we were born into sin because of the fall of man, but Adam wasn't born into sin. Adam was actually born into union, and we were all made in the image of God, just as Adam was made in the image of God. So my original state of being is union, not sin. But we live like our original state is sin and we've got to work our way out of it because we because Paul said all have sinned have fallen short of the glory of God, and we made it about sin, and Paul was trying to make it about glory.

unknown

Yes.

SPEAKER_00

Like we just heard sin and said that's the primary subject when he was actually saying glory is the primary subject. This is what you've fallen short of at some point in your life. Not all will be sinners, not all will continue sinning, but all have sinned. You're gonna sin, and that makes you fall short of glory. But glory is what we're going after, and it can only be birth through union. And so, like, we've just got to understand the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is simply saying, I know this is wrong, I know it's sin, and I'm I'm refusing to repent of it. I'm gonna continue in it because this is now my new God. And then you die that way. You're not saved. You you're worshiping the wrong God. Because if the Spirit of God's continually convicting you of something that you've done wrong, and you just keep refusing his conviction, you're refusing love. The only option that God has is separation from experiential love. Not separation from love, but separation from being able to fully experience it. Love will be in the pit of hell. People just can't experience it. And so that's what it means.

unknown

Yes, sir.

SPEAKER_00

It's kind of a heavy way to end, but good job. Yep, thanks.

SPEAKER_04

I was thinking. Um, well, sir, I'm very thankful. Could you close this out before we close out?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, Lord, we thank you. We thank you that we are people that understand and are more and more understanding that we don't live from sin. We live from union, Lord. We thank you that that is a birthright that you purchased, Jesus, for us to be born or born again into the understanding that we are sons first, not sinners. And I don't I don't need grace in order to have permission to sin. I don't need to be a sinner saved by grace in order for grace to work in my life. Grace is still active even when I don't sin, because grace is a byproduct of being connected to God. So, Lord, I thank you for grace and I thank you for mercy. Lord, I thank you for Solomon and every person listening to this. I speak healing over their minds, I speak restoration over their hearts. Lord, I speak to families that have been separated because of the divisive nature of the enemy, the accuser of the brethren, Lord, for whatever it is, offense and all of these things that have separated families. And I say no. Lord, bring them back home, bring them back together, bring them into unity because we're supposed to be one as you and the Father are one. Lord, we love you and we trust you. We bless you in Jesus' name. Amen.
