On this episode we sit down with Joe Vickers, a Drumheller musician who wrote a song about today's topic (be sure to stick around till the end to catch the song!), as well as Jay Russell, a historical curator who works at the Atlas Coal Mine Historical site in the valley, to discuss the Drumheller strike of 1919 and its implications for Albertan and Canadian workers, as well as the lessons we can learn from and use to move forward with workers issues today.
