In the time between the harvest and planting times, God can do some of His greatest work. Here is where God can reveal to us plans for our ministry and lead us in the directions He wants us to go. The substance of a past harvest and potential for future harvest, is waiting for the opportunity to bring forth! Who changes the times of the seasons? God does. The seed has the promise within it, but this blessing that God desires to pour out promises MULTIPICATION even in the off season... and if He declares this blessing over us, we can't help but be fruitful.
