Over the year, times have changed and things have happened that have influenced the location and the commercial feel of the rally. In more recent years, we have seem competition increase and just recently big rule changes in many areas of the rally and the sport that is changing it big time. Is it for the better or not? I had a call with Ned Suesse, the man the got me into desert racing and someone who has completed rally himself.
