Fiona Maloney-McCrystle and Annie Makela are with the Scott Center for Social Entrepreneurship at the Hillbrook School in Los Gatos, CA. They brought a group of middle school students to Santa Barbara as part of a road trip to study farms, food, fashion and more. On their visit to our fair city, the students learned about sustainable fishing practices from the Santa Barbara Fish Market, and then enjoyed making -- and eating! -- ceviche at the beach.
