My Good Ole Country
My podcast will feature traditional country music the way it was in the 50's, 60's and 70's along with my personal stories about the artists who I appeared with on tour and at the Grande Ole Opry. I've even got music from as far back as the 40's. I have created the podcast through my "Not For Profit Foundation", Wounded Warriors Weekend Foundation Inc. in order to promote awareness regarding the challenges our veterans face regarding PTSD.

Looking back over the decades that I've been in the country music world, I've come to realize that there have been so many "big stars" that truly helped me along my journey. And so my friends, I have come to refer to these "big stars" as my personal heroes,,,,,, for so many more reasons than I can find words to describe. So,,,,, please enjoy the music of my heroes and hear why they have meant so much to me over the years. Carl Smith, Del Reeves, Marty Robbins, The Wilburn Brothers, Dolly Parton and Mel Tillis are all here,,,,, my Heroes and one Shero.
