My Good Ole Country
My podcast will feature traditional country music the way it was in the 50's, 60's and 70's along with my personal stories about the artists who I appeared with on tour and at the Grande Ole Opry. I've even got music from as far back as the 40's. I have created the podcast through my "Not For Profit Foundation", Wounded Warriors Weekend Foundation Inc. in order to promote awareness regarding the challenges our veterans face regarding PTSD.

What a hoot this has been puttin together. Its really fun when you look back and hear where our country music has taken us regarding self indulgence. Mike Moore starts things off with the strange goings on in the pig pen but we settle in with Merle and Willie , and Roger Miller along with Grandpa Jones singin about drinking. But we end up with Merle and Willie singin about pot. Lots in between though. Hope it brings a smile to your day.
