My podcast will feature traditional country music the way it was in the 50's, 60's and 70's along with my personal stories about the artists who I appeared with on tour and at the Grande Ole Opry. I've even got music from as far back as the 40's. I have created the podcast through my "Not For Profit Foundation", Wounded Warriors Weekend Foundation Inc. in order to promote awareness regarding the challenges our veterans face regarding PTSD.

What an incredible amount of flashbacks I had while putting this show together. Maybe it's just my opinion but "They don't make em like they used to." I CAN'T THINK OF ANY OF THE 'NEW COUNTRY" artists that could possibly have 30 number one hits in a row. Hope you enjoy GEORGE JONES, WAYLON JENNINGS, MERLE HAGGARD, CONWAY TWITTY, MARTY ROBINS, ALABAMA, HANK WILLIAMS, LORETTA LYNN and yes even ELVIS as he sings Cheatin Heart.
