Suzanne El-Moursi
Suzanne El-Moursi is the Co-Founder and CEO of BrightHive, a next-gen productivity platform for data analysts powered by agentic AI to streamline the entire data management workflow.
With over 22 years of experience, Suzanne is a serial entrepreneur and digital transformation leader. After successful roles at IBM, HSBC, GE Healthcare, and SapientNitro, she pivoted to the startup world—driving growth and leading acquisitions at Power2Switch, Mira Fitness, and Uplift Data Partners.
She's known for her high-energy leadership, creative thinking, and passion for building strong teams and businesses. Suzanne holds an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul and an MBA from Chicago Booth. She's a Founding Member of Chief and serves on the boards of the Chicago Children's Choir and NIU's College of Business.
