Allow yourself to look at your day with trust and optimism - as this will connect you to the endless source of energy and all the strengths that are already within you.

You can come back to these affirmations any time you need; you can write them down and repeat them to yourself whenever you need. 



Gratitude 



Today is a new day, a day that has the potential to be the best day of my life so far. I meet this day with curiosity and openness, and I am grateful and excited for all the new experiences that lie ahead of me. 



Life is my opportunity to experience and explore myself, and even when setbacks arise, I can approach them with forgiveness, compassion, and patience. I know that whatever comes, I can remain calm and balanced. Challenges are an opportunity to show my strengths and my flexibility. I am strong and I can master anything that might come up with grace and dignity.



I trust in the journey. And I recognize how much more in control of my day, and my life I am than I thought. I am the creator of my life, every moment of every day. The habits I cultivate on a daily basis and the thoughts that I nourish my mind with allow me to create the life I want to live. I choose to see things in a way that will enable me to move forward rather than holding me back.



I accept the things I cannot change, and I invest my energy wisely by focusing on the things that I can change. I can adjust my thinking at any point I need. And I have patience with myself and I am excited to see where I can go. 



I make time for the essential things and the things that bring me joy. Taking care of my wellbeing is the best medicine, and it has the power to heal others too. I listen to my body when it needs rest because my body carries me through life. I know that when I rest, I can regain energy and recharge my batteries. So that I can be the I I want to be. For others, but most importantly for myself. 



My body is worthy of appreciation and healthy choices. I am grateful for my body and all the things it does for me, and I want to support my body in maintaining my health.





I love myself and the person I am. And I love who I am becoming. I have my unique journey, and others have theirs. Others' success inspires me. I recognise my humanity in others around me. I approach people with compassion and kindness, appreciation and honesty and I attract people who live by the same values as I do. 



I am calm and composed 

I am open and honest 

I am full of curiosity, 

I am full of vitality, 

I am light, 



The world is beautiful. I am beautiful. I radiate my light, my strengths, my love, and my compassion out into this world. I have so much to offer. My heart is strong, courageous and kind. 



Stay in this feeling for a little while, and let the affirmations sit with you for a few moments. You can come back to this meditation every morning to set the intention for the day ahead. We will be here.
