This week, we are happy to welcome Michael Richter, who gives us an insight into his whole journey from working overtime, to getting to know Real Estate from scratch, to finally getting involved with pre-construction!

The way he got started, and how it was not the traditional way you would normally expect: without any mentorship.
How he believed that getting a house and paying down the mortgage would be the end goal, but once he grabbed the Rich Dad Poor Dad book, he realized he could do so much more.
The different mindsets between him and his wife, and how his outlook was more future-forward, and how his wife's was more about stability and the now: and how, at the end, he was able to bring his own wife on board.
The amount of sacrifice and patience that has to be put onto investing in Real Estate, as sometimes once you're fully committed to a property, you may end up spending your own money.
How Michael and his wife were able to scale up their portfolio, a ton of equity and wealth just through buying single family, and how that was able to springboard and evolve into an entirely new strategy!
