The way that people are often victims of circumstance, and how Matt realized that just being involved with people in his surroundings (rather than people that share the same interest) was simply not his thing. Building a community meant to him that he would be able to connect with those who do share what his passion is.
How he got introduced in Real Estate investing at the last year of college, where his businesses with his friends did not succeed. He knew he had to do something differently, if he wanted to have consistent wealth.
