Today, we welcome our next guest, Susan White Livermore, who I am so glad to have had the opportunity to talk to. We learned about her mistakes, her newfound confidence, and how to create your bigger, better version of your real estate self!

• Starting investing in 2006, Susan found inspiration from her 20-year-old brother, who at the time he had started to buy a house. She watched him from afar in awe, and realized that's all she wanted to do!
• We get in touch with the emotions surrounding mistakes made along the way. She said that she didn't trust herself at the time, which resulted in constant disappointment.

• You gotta learn from your mistakes, of course, but if you take that and make something of it, you get gold! It's much better to accept that it happened and move on, than staying in bed stagnant, waiting for a miracle to happen.
• Susan is dedicating more of her time to branding, reconnecting, and creating a cozy space in a cottage, where couples can enjoy each other's company in the holidays.
