If you have this theory in your mind, then go ahead and test it, and don't let other people tell you what the result would look like even if you hadn't started it yet. That was what the master wholesaler and # 1 wholesaler in Canada, Luc Boiron, did. I can attest to that and I've watched his explosive growth over the last 5 years with his wholesaling business.
In this episode, we cover:
- Luc’s turning point in his business and going full time in real estate investing. It’s actually more of a mindset shift and not letting the naysayers get you down.
- The importance of negotiation and putting yourself in front and asking.
- Taking action and seeing other people do what you want to do are what helped him shift his mindset. How Luc was able to see the potential of wholesaling in Canada by seeing what other ransom American investors do.
- Challenge your belief system and put it to the test instead of just buying into it.
- Luc’s challenges in scaling his business and how he managed to solve them, from gaining buyers’ trust who got burned by other wholesalers who didn’t know what they’re doing to hiring an assistant and saving his time. He also hired a manager to create the processes and system for his business.
- Test your theory and once you have proven success with it, then you can replicate it. You can hire someone to help you replicate your proven model.

Luc Boiron has been purchasing, repairing, and selling residential properties since 2007. In addition, he held and managed several residential properties in his personal portfolio during the same period. Luc has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School. Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin, and experienced in deal structuring, he has the ability to structure creative deals to fit any situation.
