U-R-G On the Go

How URG and OEC Connect Recyclers To 15,000+ Daily Buyers

Grey Door Productions LLC

Shops are buying parts online every day through the TraxCollision platform. We invited Bryan Holzinger from OEConnection to walk through how the new URG and TraxCollision direct integration gets recycled parts in front of 15,000 buyers daily, right at the decision point: online. If you have ever lost a sale due to a slow quoting process, missed emails, or uncertain vehicle fitment, this integration offers a clear path forward with live inventory, parts quoting based on OEM part numbers, and integrated reporting inside your URG portal. We break down the real problems recyclers face: visibility gaps, manual workflows, and margin pressure, and show how to overcome them with a system shops already trust.

The data tells a compelling story: $4B annually in parts orders flow through TraxCollision. In the first three weeks of October alone, the URG direct integration resulted in $1.7M in sales with members maintaining a 100% quote response rate.

In this episode, you will hear how integrated orders, trim and color details, photos, and reliable delivery ETAs help make shops more confident buying recycled parts and make the order fulfilling process for suppliers faster, without adding busy work. Small yards get a big lift from URG’s tiering system. When your stock is out, the integration automatically sources from your trusted network using your rules for pricing, markups, and delivery days, so you keep the customer relationship and the revenue while offering a much larger virtual inventory.

We also share practical steps for how to get connected: provide your customer list for bulk matching, adjust your tier settings quarterly, and use the URG dashboard to track quotes, orders, and trends. Plus, look for upcoming webinars and meet us at the URG Conference in Denver to see the integration workflow live and learn from peers already winning on the platform.

SPEAKER_01:

Welcome to the URG on the go podcast. You are there, we are here. This is a URG podcast, the true voice of the automotive recycling industry. It was created for the pros that are on the go that have a need to know. I'm DJ Harrington, your co-host, better known as the cardiologist. But the real host of this program is the talented Amanda Morrison, Director of Member and Vendor Relations for URG. Amanda, how are you this great day?

SPEAKER_03:

I'm doing great, DJ. We just got back from ARA, and it's you know, it's always an awesome time to get together with all the recyclers in the industry. And you know, every conference we go to is like a big family reunion. So it's it's always great to get together. And we were in Alabama here last week and back in Georgetown, and you know, it's mid-October and it's still 84 degrees here in Texas.

SPEAKER_01:

So well, you have great guests today, well thought of in the industry, and well thought of with some of the companies that they have worked with that I has also worked with. So I'll turn it back over to you, Amanda.

SPEAKER_03:

Thank you so much, DJ. Yes, so joining us today is Brian Holdzinger, Director of Sales at OE Connection. It's great to have you on here today, Brian.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, thank you, Amanda. And I can't say I have as nice of a weather. I think it's 46 degrees. I'm located in Ohio, so uh you're very lucky.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, yeah, it's a little cooler up there.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes, yes, but it's a pleasure to be here. Uh I'm Brian Holzinger, director of sales at OE Connection. Um, I've been with OEC for about seven years now, and during that time I've focused on helping build stronger connections across the collision and parts ecosystem. Big part of that's been working with partners like URG to create new opportunities for both shops and suppliers.

SPEAKER_03:

I love that. Yep. And so, yeah, thank you for joining us uh again today. So, some of our listeners may not know, may not be as familiar with OE Connection. Can you tell us a little bit more in detail uh about OEC and what you guys are about?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, absolutely. And thank you for that. So, OE Connection or OEC, we are a technology company that connects every part of the automotive and collision ecosystem. So, including OEM dealerships, aftermarket and salvage suppliers, and more. So the audience here may be more familiar with the name OPS or TRAX Collision, as Tracks Collision is the ordering platform we'll be talking more about today. Uh, so OPS in the market space is is also a very recognizable name. So, like tracks collision, we build platforms that make it easier for businesses to find the right parts, place orders, manage repairs, ultimately helping keep vehicles on the road and customers happy. And we've been doing this for over 25 years, and what's really driving us to help the industry work smarter, faster, and more profitable through technology.

SPEAKER_03:

I love that. That's that's kind of one of uh URG's missions. And I I actually didn't realize you guys have been in business for 20 over 25 years. That's incredible. So thank you so much for sharing uh more about the OEC. Um, as you mentioned, OEC has strong partnerships across the industry, including us here at URG. Um, can you tell us our listeners a little bit more about how and why URG kind of got together for this partnership that we so enjoy, by the way? URG enjoys.

SPEAKER_02:

Well, as do we, as do we, and thank you for that. Yeah, the the partnership started about three years ago. Uh at the time, both our organizations saw a great opportunity to bring more value to the collision repair industry by combining our strengths. And from OEC side, we we really wanted to give shops on the platform uh access to a wider range of supplier options. We we wanted to make it easier for them to find the right parts quickly and efficiently. And I know on the URG side, you know, your network of suppliers was looking for more ways to grow and reach new customers, just like almost all customers are. So it was a very natural partnership. OEC could extend more options to its shops, and the URG suppliers gained a new channel to expand their business. Ultimately, it came down to creating a better experience for both shops and suppliers.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, and you know, simplifying that, right? And how they communicate and do business. I think, I think that's one of the, you know, like I said, URG kind of um that's one of our main points of being here is is making it easier for our recyclers and and and getting online and getting connected. So, you know, it just really made sense for URG to to work with OEC. So I appreciate you sharing that. So um obviously recyclers can face a variety of different business challenges, including how to get their net their inventory seen by the right buyers. Um, can you tell us a little bit about what you've seen in the industry and uh what our listeners potentially can relate to when being um you know wanting their inventory to be seen through these channels?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, great, great question. So I'm I'm sure many of our listeners can relate. So in today's market, it can be challenging to get your inventory in front of the right buyers. And your parts may be available, but without the right digital tools andor integrations, shops and dealers may not even know their parts exist. So a couple of things I want to touch on with that is uh a lot of salvage operations rely daily on using phone calls, emails, outdated systems to quote and fulfill orders. You know, this can slow a business down. It can increase the risk of human error. And even more challenging, it can make it very difficult to compete with local suppliers who are fully integrated online. Uh another one is, you know, there are all the challenges of keeping part listings accurate. You know, if you aren't leveraging an online platform, you know, things like vehicle fitment, the condition of parts and their availability, uh, tracking this can be a constant challenge. If the information isn't reliable, your buyers may lose trust and source parts elsewhere. And that's the last thing that we want to see happen. So 100%. Um, yeah, the the last thing I'll touch on is um our listeners are likely also facing tight margins. So with more competition and buyers expecting quick automated quotes, it's it's tough to price parts competitively while maintaining profitability. And that's a big reason why being on tracks collision is so important.

SPEAKER_03:

100%. Yep. And I think that's, you know, one thing, like you mentioned, salvage suppliers face plenty of challenges, um, even even with the demand for recycled parts um, you know, from their repair shops. But um, how can salvage suppliers consistently meet the market demand for their parts in a way that helps them succeed? Um, you know, through your platform, especially?

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, great question. Yeah, I mean, it salvage of parts are are definitely in demand. Uh, as another source of parts for repair shops, you know, it can be a great source for shops looking to control costs. You know, repair shops can be hesitant to buy recycled parts uh due to concerns about you know reliability, warranty, or delivery time. And overcoming that perception and and meeting the market demand takes consistency and visibility. So many suppliers develop a strong reputation in their market, but going back to the parts visibility challenges, even then not fully connected with the system shops already use to source and order parts like OEC's tracks platform. So without that integration, they're they're missing out on easy automated sales and opportunities.

SPEAKER_03:

100%. And you know, that's that's one of the biggest things. Um, you know, today's world, I'm going a little off script here, but like the today's world, if you're not online, you're not going to be seen, right? It's it's you got to keep up with what the trends are and what and what is growing as well. Um, but thank you so much for all that information. This is all so great. Uh DJ, I think do you want to take our first break?

SPEAKER_01:

I'd be more than happy to. Lesson, folks. We'll take a short break and we'll be right back with a great firm.

SPEAKER_00:

The Orgy Scholarship Foundation was founded in 2014 in honor of individuals who give their talent, time, and very often their own finances to ensure the growth and success of the automotive recycling industry. We understand college is not for everyone, so each year the foundation offers substantial financial scholarships to auto-recycling employees and the children of employees that are attending four-year and technical or trade schools to assist with their education. Don't leave money on the table. If you have a child or if you're interested in attending continuing education, this money is available to you. Go to u-r-g.com and click on the Scholarship Foundation tab. URG, keeping our industry strong through education. Welcome back, listeners.

SPEAKER_01:

You know you're listening to the number one podcast in the recycling industry. I want all of you to remember we're available on Spotify, iTunes, Pandora, Stitcher, iHeartMeteor, or wherever you get your podcast. With just a little over 10,000 listeners, we really appreciate each and every one of you. And back to Amanda with URG.

SPEAKER_03:

Thank you, DJ. And DJ, I just want to give you a shout out. We love you so much. You're doing such a great job. And and um we we've all been uh you know here for you and and we love hearing you on this podcast. So uh we appreciate you being on here and and we know some of the things that you've been going through, and it's it's it's so good to hear your voice on here. I just wanted to let you know.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, thank you very much, Amanda.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, yeah. So, Brian, um we were all we were talking about parts visibility and and and getting you know on the platform and making sure that um recyclers parts are being seen. Um, you know, there there can be so many challenges in growing your business in today's market specifically. Um, and thank you for touching on a few here before our break. Um, when you were talking about the challenges of getting your parts in front of the right buyers, you mentioned uh OEC's tracks platform and that shops already use it today to source parts. Can you tell us a little bit more about that platform and how they're utilizing that?

SPEAKER_02:

Absolutely. I love talking about our business. So uh, yes, Tracks Collision is a parts management platform built to make the ordering process faster, easier, and capture more information all in one place. So uh shops can get more information from tracks than just a regular phone call, right? Picking it up, calling their supplier, uh, which can also save the supplier time. So in the tracks platform, you can see photos, uh, show vehicle damage trim and color all in one place. And through our partnership with URG, we've added a direct integration that helps support and streamline the part sales process for suppliers. So now you might be wondering, you know, why should you sell your parts on tracks? So this is this is the fun part for me. So first off, the scale is huge. Body shops are already ordering over four billion worth of parts every year through tracks collision.

SPEAKER_03:

Holy molly.

SPEAKER_02:

I know, right? So that alone shows how trusted and widely used the platform is across the industry.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

And on top of that, there's been more than 15,000 active buyers using tracks collision every single day. So impressive. Yes, easy to think. So if you're not on the platform, you're potentially missing out on consistent high-volume buyers who are already there and ready to order.

SPEAKER_03:

I don't know if it's a potential, I think it is. It's pretty confirmed right there with those numbers.

SPEAKER_02:

I would agree. I probably should have removed that from uh from my Yeah, no, it's that's that's impressive. Thank you for that. And and these shops aren't just buying occasionally, so they're purchasing both OE and non-OE parts daily. Yeah, so by being on tracks, you know, your inventory is visible right there for uh during the purchasing decisions, and that's happening in real time. Very important for the suppliers and for recyclers especially, this is a big advantage. So instead of waiting for a call or an email, you're right there in front of the customer the exact moment they're making the purchase. So extremely powerful way for you to grow your sales, reach new buyers, and not really change how you're doing business today.

SPEAKER_03:

Yep. And I think we'll kind of get into that here a little bit, um, you know, with the URG integration. But, you know, that's just extremely impressive with those numbers, and and it really is a powerful tool that connects people across the industry. Um, you know, this is obviously one of the reasons why URG was interested in the partnership and and wanting to connect our members and bringing the value to them and opening that door to joining the platform and and you know, feeding the data as well. Um, can you tell us a little bit more about the you know, the continued partnership that we have over the last three years, obviously, uh, but between URG and OEC and some of the benefits URG suppliers have seen through the integration?

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, absolutely. You know, um, I guess one of the most exciting things right now is that uh the the launch is recent. So uh the direct integration between TRAX Collision and URG is is still very new, but just within the first three weeks into October, um basically the first three full weeks that the integration's been live, we saw over$1.7 million in parts sold through URG Direct. And that's yes, that is immediate traction. And we couldn't have been happier either.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

So I know you guys are thrilled.

SPEAKER_03:

We are thrilled. We we love seeing those kinds of numbers, and you know, this is all URG members, so that's going direct to you guys. So um, you know, that's that's something that's really to be proud of.

SPEAKER_02:

Uh my next one will probably get you too. So probably one of the more impressive is hats off to the URG members is uh those members are maintaining a hundred percent quote response rate, meaning so every part request coming through Tracks Collision is getting a quote back. No gaps, no missed opportunities. So that's a huge thing for the members. That's incredible. Great job to all of you.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, kudos to members. Keep it up, keep up the good work. And like you said, it's a newer integration, but this these numbers and these facts are are clear that it's it's it's working for them.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes, and and out of that$1.7 million, you know, over 25% of those sales are already flowing through the integration. And that number is only going to grow as more suppliers and shops start using it.

SPEAKER_03:

Mm-hmm. Yep. And that's the direct integration with the um, you know, the orders coming in through those direct orders, correct?

SPEAKER_02:

Yes, absolutely. So from a workflow perspective, it's also made life easier for the suppliers. So we've tied the integration into URG sales dashboard. They're able to see uh the reporting tools. Uh suppliers can track their performance, identify the trends that are happening, and manage quotes and sales more efficiently.

SPEAKER_03:

Yep. And that's something we've worked together very closely on. And we've we've had a really good partnership training our URG members on the current uh integration that we know just launched with you guys and showing those reports and those dashboards. And it's been it's been very helpful, I think, with the integration for sure.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, I I couldn't take all the credit for that. I think I want to take a second to shout out Gordon Lemmy, all the hard work he's he's put in to help and build that integration and make sure that the uh the suppliers are are ready to sell parts and have those integrated orders. So shout out to Gordon.

SPEAKER_03:

And your team, you know, you guys have had a great team to work with as well. And and and you know, it's been a very cohesive uh relationship here since we've we've launched this here uh three weeks ago, I guess. That's crazy.

SPEAKER_02:

Yes, and we feel the same. So and to the members, you know, there are 38 different suppliers that have sold parts through the new integration. So it's not just two early adopters, it's a a broad group who's already seeing value.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, yeah. And I mean, if you separate those numbers in the into, you know, that one point million, 1.7 million dollars, that's that's a good good number for each recycler.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, right there in those first three weeks. So uh it's just a great example of how bringing OEC and URG together helps both sides of the network. Uh shops get faster, better, more complete quotes, and suppliers get more visibility and sales opportunities. So uh we're super excited on how things are going and where it's gonna go.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, and I think I just want to touch a little bit too, you know, having the different reports available on URG sales support for this integration has been just very helpful with identifying how you're how you're doing with the integration as well. Um, you know, the more we can see on what's happening with the integration, um, you know, getting the parts visibility in front of these shops that are looking for you, it's just all going to be beneficial in the long run and being able to evaluate how this is doing for you and and and how it's gonna be working for you in the future as well. So um again, it's been it's been great to to work with you guys and get those reports set up and and get those um metrics um that we're seeing such great traction on. So obviously those are incredible results. Let's talk a little bit more about how the integration works and how buyers and suppliers can use tracks.

SPEAKER_02:

Awesome. Okay, yes.

SPEAKER_03:

So you elaborate? Yeah, yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_02:

Tracks makes it really easy for buyers and suppliers to order and sell parts online. Um, so once they're connected within the platform, and and we could do that a couple of ways. But uh before I jump into that, uh for a shop to place and receive integrated orders, uh, there needs to be uh a connection between the shop and the supplier. Now that can key definitely want to be connected, and that connection is typically initiated by the shop. But uh here at OEC, if the supplier provides us with their customer list, we can help by matching and setting up those connections in bulk on the back end for them, removing that from their process. Uh we can even help suppliers connect to their existing customers who are already on tracks today. And we can connect the shops so they can buy even more from URG members, which you know we've seen take effect over the last several weeks, and which we're really excited about. But uh the big thing is, you know, once that connection's in place and the supplier systems, you know, can map the OEM part number requested by the shop to matching the part that they have in their inventory, uh, that's when a quote is automatically returned and displayed to the shop and tracks collision. So on the shop side, once the shop identifies the parts they're looking to order, either purchased up front with the integrated order or in a manual fashion, they can hit send and they will get the notification that the order has been been sent and received. So uh really easy. And just kind of recapping that, I know I've I've said a lot in a short period of time with that, but there are there are three key pieces. So A uh the connection between the shop and supplier, B the ability to to read and match OEM part numbers, and and finally having the the part available in their inventory. Those are going to be those key things.

SPEAKER_03:

Right. And and you know, I think that's key there too, you know, is that you know, prior to signing up for the URG integration, is that it's potentially just a manual order. So they're just kind of hoping you have the part, whereas this it's a direct order. They can see the inventory, it's there, they know you have it, correct? You know, it's it's a little bit more visibility on on the part side.

SPEAKER_02:

Absolutely. And and that makes it very comfortable for both the supplier and the shop, right? You know, in this space, we don't want to waste a lot of time, right? They're they're ready to move, they got vehicles to repair. Uh, it's a very transactional environment.

SPEAKER_03:

100%. All right, DJ, I think we are ready for one more break.

SPEAKER_01:

All right, Amanda. Let's take a fast break, and we'll come right back.

SPEAKER_03:

Thank you so much, GJ. Yes, we have Brian from OEC on the podcast today, and we're learning a ton about the OPS integration that tracks collision integration. Um, and so thank you again for sharing so much information and sharing that overview here that we had before the break. Um, I would like to talk about the integration between URG and TRACS just a little bit more. Uh, can you tell our listeners how URG and and TRACKS platforms are connected?

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, yeah, absolutely. So um with the direct integration, uh you can even view integrated orders from Tracks Collision directly in your URG portal. So we talked a little bit about it earlier. Uh, but inside their, you know, your URG portal, you can see a summary of all the integrated orders and quotes. Uh, it's a fantastic place for the the suppliers and your network members to be able to manage and something that they're extremely familiar with. And we were excited to be able to provide that.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, I think that's you know, kind of a big step forward for a lot of our members, you know, um, being able to see uh, you know, a direct integration and what those reports are, um, like I said kind of previously, but being able to really track that progress and being able to see those orders that come in and track, you know, whether or not it's completed or whether or not it's um canceled or, you know, for whatever reason, um, or if it's in progress and kind of manage those within URG cell support. Um, and you know, we're just going to be working on improving that more and more here as we come. So I appreciate you sharing that. But so this the integration obviously allows URG members to continue their day-to-day use of the URG portal that they've been utilizing as well while benefiting from TRACKS platform. Um, you know, one of the benefits that we offer as well is the tiering system that connects other salvage yards. Uh, you know, they're able to access that inventory and just expand their own inventory with markups and delivery days. Um, and and so how does the direct integration between URG and TRACS work with that tiering system?

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, I'm so glad you asked that. So, and this is actually something that we really enjoy talking about with members, right? Because this is something that they were really excited to hear that we had. Yes, yes.

SPEAKER_03:

It's a huge piece for sure.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah, great, great relating piece for us when we're in those conversations. But um, the the direct integration between tracks and URG allows uh you to use your tier settings and leverage the network effect that member salvage yards are part of. So uh you'll be able to see if the requested part can be found within the URG network from other suppliers. So this means that smaller salvage yards can offer a much larger virtual inventory per se and fill more orders for their customers through the tracks integration. So, an example I have of that is you know, when a when a yard receives a quote, they can't fulfill from their own inventory the the system automatically locates the part in another supplier within their network that provides a quote response based on predetermined salvage yard tier settings. So that's gonna be, you know, part availability, delivery date, you know, pricing considerations. Um you can also adjust your markup so they get to they get to control, but uh they'll see delivery dates and more. And and when using the tiering system, customers will experience a seamless ordering process through a single point of contact. So it's not gonna look any different on the on the shop side, so which is a plus for the the supplier. Yeah, but uh the direct integration is truly a partnership between URG and OEC to help the benefit not only from the URG network, but also from the TRACS as an online parts ordering platform.

SPEAKER_03:

Yep, yep, and I I agree. And you know, being able to adjust those tier settings. So if you guys have any questions regarding your tiering, that's all done through the URG sales support uh platform. And so if you guys, I always ask in my sessions, like I just had a session in ARA here in Alabama, and my first question is always do you have a login to your URG sales support page? It's surprising to see how many people don't necessarily know their login or have a login even set up or saved. Um and so that's something that's key, especially with these integrations, especially when you're signing up for OEC, um, you know, and and making sure that you're um, you know, don't gonna have a seamless integration. Tiering is so important to evaluate always as well. Um, you know, if you haven't looked at your tier settings, your delivery days, or your markups in the last quarter, it's time. You know, it's it's something that you should be evaluating um consistently, especially if you are, you know, performing or are connected to these integrations. You know, we have multiple integrations that use those tier settings within URG cell support. So um I just want to make sure our listeners are aware um that that is, and some people don't even realize we have tiering available for our different platforms. Um, and all of them are going to be the electronic platforms that we are able to send that that tier information and just expand your inventory by that much. So being able to evaluate that and having it all in one place as well as your orders is just such a key thing, and I think that's what's been great about working with Gordon and and with Brian and with Matt uh Myers as well, you know, just making sure that um it's all kind of seamless and and the easiest way for our members to be able to facilitate uh, you know, orders through that platform. So um, you know, I think this is all great. And I know our members rely on our network to supply parts to local shops. Um, but is there anything else um you'd like to share? I did want to pinpoint too. Um, you know, a lot of people, a lot of MSOs are now only allowing their uh shops to use electronic platforms like your own, correct? Is that kind of the way of the future, if I'm right? Yeah.

SPEAKER_02:

Yeah. And, you know, just like we've built uh a relationship with with your your member network, we've done the same uh across our eco space and um trying to make lives better, effective, and efficient. And uh we're gonna continue to keep trying to build and grow those relationships. So, you know, Tracks Collision is is continuing to be the leader in a space for folks to order parts.

SPEAKER_03:

Yep, 100%. So um is there anything else you'd like to share on on how to you know maybe get signed up with uh tracks?

SPEAKER_02:

Uh yeah, yeah, thank you for that. So if you would like to learn more about the integration with tracks and you know you're interested in joining the tracks platform, you can simply visit go.o econnection dot com slash tracks dash urg dash integration uh to learn how to get started. Uh you'll also be able to see Upcoming webinar dates and times. We'll be releasing those probably here shortly too. So you everybody can see tracks collision with the URG integration in action.

SPEAKER_03:

Yep. Yep. We'll be scheduling that here out soon as well. You know, we'll be doing some demos uh through uh webinars, and I think that's gonna be key to show people, you know, live what that looks like. So um, and I and our we're gonna be having our conference here, you know, a great avenue for you guys to to um be able to learn more is to come to our conference. We'll have our conference will be in Denver here next year um in May 7th through the 9th. Um and you know, we'll have our booth there. Uh we'll most likely have someone from OE Connection as well there to be able to talk to you guys about the integration. Um, and so that's something that we are looking forward to. Uh, and we hope to see all of our URG members there. Um, you know, it's a great place to also network with people that are currently on the integration. So um, you know, the URG conference is something, you know, we really like to uh tout the fact that you're gonna network with all of the big key players in the industry, and these guys are the ones that are on these integrations on these newer um, you know, platforms and and getting that traction and seeing that, you know, one point they're they're getting a share of that 1.7 million in just those three weeks. So um those are the people that you want to kind of touch base with and see how it's going for them. And and um, you know, if you have any questions or if you're needing that URL um or more information about URG uh benefits, you can always reach out to me, Amanda Morrison, or um it's always great to email support because I do travel quite a bit. Um so the support email is support at u-r-g.com. And then we can get you more information or get you a call set up if you're interested in getting if you don't have an account with um you know OEC or you don't have an OPS account, that's something we can help facilitate as well. I'll send your information over to Brian. You can always reach out to me and we work really well together getting that information over to you and and getting you signed up. So um again, thank you so much for for joining us today, Brian. Um, you know, we we hope this uh this episode has helped you and helped the members learn more, the listeners learn more about the direct integration and the partnership that we've really enjoyed having um and is currently really benefiting our URG members as well. So again, thank you so much, Brian, for for all this information.

SPEAKER_02:

No, thank you for having me. Uh Amanda DJ, uh pleasure to be here and and thank you for having me on.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, DJ, did you have any final remarks?

SPEAKER_01:

Amanda, after listening to Brian, this is a constant, never-ending improvement company. As their food prank gets bigger, so does the process with URG. And what made me feel good is when Brian talked about smaller yards and not just the monster yards that a lot of us know about at URG. It's the smaller guy that this company will actually help grow their business. I think it's wonderful. Exactly. Yeah, that two in pieces key. It's a wonderful company.

SPEAKER_03:

I agree, I agree. It's been it's been a great experience working with them. So again, Brian, we appreciate you being on today.

SPEAKER_02:

Oh, thank you so much.

SPEAKER_03:

All right, I think we are good to go. Thank you guys all so much for listening to URG on the go podcast, and we'll see you next time.
