Severe storms are anticipated across South Central Texas Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning May 24-25, bringing chances of locally heavy rainfall; the threat of severe weather is strongest for Central Texas and the Hill Country, according to the National Weather Service-Austin/San Antonio. The storm complex will develop to the north. The severe weather risk is strongest north of a line from Fredericksburg to Round Rock and Lexington, and lessens south of that line, from Del Rio to Devine and Hallettsville.
