[Video below] The Floresville Economic Development Corp. (FEDC) has approved spending up to ,000 to market an Aug. 14 powwow being planned by the Carrizo/ Comecrudo Nation. The funds had been earmarked in the fiscal year budget for an Independence Day weekend celebration, but the event had been canceled during the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
