The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) began work June 21 on resurfacing Business 181. The project started at the intersection of U.S. 181 and Business 181 north of Floresville and will continue south through the city. TxDOT advises drivers to watch for flaggers and a pilot car to control traffic, restricted to one lane while work is underway daily until 5 p.m. No work will be done overnight.
