SARA approves budget, must wait to approve tax rate

The San Antonio River Authority (SARA) board of directors adopted a 8.2 million budget June 16 for fiscal year 2021-22. Budget appropriations include: •.1 million in general fund operations •6.9 million for capital improvement projects •.1 million for annual debt service •.4 million for utility operations.
