Prayer vigil Friday morning for Guzman, Talley at Wilson County Courthouse

Area residents are invited to gather Friday, March 15, at 8:30 a.m. in Floresville for a prayer vigil for two Wilson County constables. The vigil will take place by the flagpole outside the Wilson County Courthouse in downtown Floresville, to pray for Pct. 1 Constable Leonard Guzman and Pct. 4 Constable Jerry “Jay” Talley, both of whom are battling serious heart issues. Deacon Ralph Guerra of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Floresville will lead community members in prayer for the two men.
