Jaguars leave their mark on Floresville softball

The Floresville High School varsity Jaguar softball team’s season came to a close May 18 in their bid for the Regional Semifinals against Needville. The Jaguars fell 0-6 in game one against the Lady Jays in Ingleside on May 16. On May 18, the teams traveled to Hallettsville for game two of the series. The Jaguars fought off the Lady Jays but ultimately fell short, 3-5. The Jaguars completed a very successful season as Regional Quarterfinal champions – a first for Floresville’s softball program.
