Floresville to annex 76 acres north of city

[Video below] The city of Floresville will grow by nearly 76 acres, after the Floresville City Council took action to annex property north of the city on U.S. 181 into the city limits. In addition to the annexation, council members approved a request June 27 to rezone the 75.58 acres out of a 123.0107-acre tract of land — located on U.S. 181, part of the Jalou Ranch — to create a planned unit development for single family and commercial development.
