Stockdale elementary teams are 'Name That Book' winners

On Monday, May 20, Stockdale Elementary School held its annual reading competition called “Name That Book.” Name That Book is a competition for third- through fifth-graders who love to read. Students are given a list of 30 books to read as a team throughout the year to prepare for the competition. During the competition the teams are given a quote, and they have to identify which book the quote comes from. The goal is for the team to be familiar with the books well enough to be able to identify a given quote with the correct book. The format of...
